Abstract:
The invention relates to an indirect heating system in which a solid fuel circulates in the form of particles. The inventive system comprises a grinding station, a furnace (7), at least one intermediate silo, a separator, at least one cyclone and, optionally, a gas recirculation fan. The invention is characterised in that a dust extractor (10) captures the finest particles which are subsequently introduced into the furnace (7) by means of at least one specific conduit (52) and burnt by at least one specific burner (71). The aforementioned ultra-fine particles are then stored in a specific silo (10), dosed into a feeding device (61), mixed in well defined proportions with hot air and conveyed to the specific burner (71) through the specific conduit (52).
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a pulverized coal drying system for a pulverizer, a pulverized coal drying method therefor, a pulverized coal drying program, a pulverizer, and an integrated gasification combined cycle capable of stably drying a carbonaceous feedstock irrespective of the type of the carbonaceous feedstock to be used. There is provided a controller (50) of a pulverizer (10) that dries a supplied carbonaceous feedstock by using a drying fluid and includes a flow rate controller that controls the flow rate of the drying fluid within upper and lower limits of the flow rate of the drying fluid that are set to dry a plurality of types of the carbonaceous feedstock having different moisture contents in such a way that the temperature of the drying fluid discharged from the pulverizer (10) approaches a target temperature.
Abstract:
A system for drying pulverized high moisture fuel for use in a selective catalytic reduction system equipped combustion system is provided. The combustion system includes a mill for pulverizing fuel, an air heater, two fuel gas streams at different temperatures, a booster air heater and a fuel duct for feeding dried pulverized fuel to a combustion furnace.
Abstract:
The present invention includes: a mill main body with a material feed pipe for feeding a biomass material from above in a vertical axis direction; a mill table on which the fed biomass material is placed; a drive unit rotating and driving the mill table; a mill roller that operates in conjunction with rotation of the mill table to mill the biomass material by a pressing force; and a ventilation means that forms an upward flow to blow out a carrier gas to convey milled biomass powder, wherein the mill main body has a barrel part decreased in diameter in the middle thereof in the vertical axis direction, and the mill main body has on a top plate thereof a plurality of discharge tubes circumferentially arranged for discharging the biomass powder on a line extended from the diameter-decreased barrel part in the vertical axis direction.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for reducing coal consumption in coal fired plant with fluidized-bed drying, namely a fluidized-bed drying system is provided between a coal powder bunker as well as a weighing belt and a coal grinding mill of the prior coal fired boiler generating set, and superheated steam which has done partial work is extracted from an steam turbine and used as a drying medium, moisture contained in the coal powder is evaporated with sensible heat and latent heat of the superheated steam, water resulted from the condensation of the superheated steam is fed into a deaerator of the steam turbine via a condensate pump for recirculation. The present invention has advantages of reducing coal consumption and saving coal, recovering residual heat, reducing emission of carbon dioxide and adopting to the national industrial policy on energy saving and emission reduction.
Abstract:
A method for producing pulverized coal including the steps of providing a drying gas heated to a predefined temperature in a hot gas generator; feeding the heated drying gas into a pulverizer; introducing raw coal into the pulverizer, the pulverizer grinding the raw coal into pulverized coal; collecting a mixture of drying gas and pulverized coal from the pulverizer and feeding the mixture to a filter, the filter separating the dried pulverized coal from the drying gas; collecting the dried pulverized coal for further use and feeding the drying gas from the filter to an exhaust line; and collecting the drying gas exiting the filter and feeding part of the collected drying gas to a recirculation line for feeding recirculation drying gas to the hot gas generator. According to an important aspect of the present invention, the step of providing the drying gas includes feeding a variable flow rate of hot stove waste gas to the hot gas generator through a hot stove waste gas line so as to maximize the amount of hot stove waste gas used as drying gas. A pressure of the drying gas at a pulverizer gas inlet is controlled by regulating a flow rate of the hot stove waste gas through the hot stove waste gas line.
