Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core material for a vacuum heat insulating material capable of exceeding the limit of the improvement of conventional heat insulating performance, having superior heat insulating performance, and enabled in mass production in terms of industry, and to provide the vacuum heat insulating material with the core, and a method for manufacturing them. SOLUTION: The core material 100 for the vacuum heat insulating material is configured by laminating a plurality of non-woven fabric 110. Each of the non-woven fabric 110 includes at least a plurality of glass fibers 111, 112 manufactured by a continuous filament method. In each of the non-woven fabric 110, most of glass fibers, 111, 112 among the plurality of glass fibers extend in a direction almost parallel to the surface of the non-woven fabric 110. A relatively large amount of binder components exist in the superficial layer of the non-woven fabric 110. A relatively small amount of binder components exist in the non-woven fabric 110. Abstract:
The present invention concerns a method of producing an insulation product comprising a board of porous insulation material wrapped in a gas-impermeable foil, said method comprising the steps of providing a succession of porous insulation material boards on a first conveyor apparatus and feeding the boards on a second conveyor apparatus; providing wrapping foil and wrapping said foil to form a tube around the boards on said second conveyor apparatus, flushing the boards with an insulating gas, and sealing the wrapping foil at the ends of each board transverse to the direction of travel of the second conveyor apparatus.
Abstract:
A method of packaging and thermally-insulating at least one product includes placing at least one first coolant member (102) on or adjacent at least one surface of at least one product (101). The at least one product and the at least one first coolant member are placed inside a first thermally-insulated bag (200); placing at least one second coolant member (502, 504, 506, 508) on or adjacent at least one surface of the first thermally-insulated bag. The first thermally- insulated bag and the least one second coolant member are placed inside a second thermally-insulated bag (700).
