Abstract: 本发明公开了一种数据读写装置,包括:写请求装置,用于产生写请求、写地址和写数据;读请求装置,用于产生读请求和读地址;两个存储器,用于存储数据;两个存储控制器,用于分别控制两个存储器的读写操作;仲裁器,用于根据仲裁规则、写请装置所产生的信息和读请求装置所产生的信息控制存储控制器对所述的存储器实施读操作或/和写操作。所述的两个存储器其容量、类型相同。本发明还公开了一种数据读写方法。根据本发明,可以保证任何时刻的读写申请均可以获得各自可用的存储器,保证读写操作立刻得到响应,数据输入和数据输出过程不被干扰和打断,从而提高了数据处理能力。

Abstract: 本发明公开了一种多媒体子系统设备故障处理的方法,该方法关键在于:当识别出IMS网络设备发生故障不可用时,重新选择多媒体子系统中的多媒体子系统设备进行IMS注册流程或IMS业务流程。本发明提出的IMS网络设备发生故障时的处理方案,在用户进行IMS注册过程中,或完成IMS注册进行业务的过程中,如果IMS设备发生故障,仍能继续进行相应的过程。该方法完善了IMS网络的故障处理机制,不需要用户的干预,提高用户的IMS业务体验,同时提高运营商的业务收入。

Abstract: 本发明涉及用于编码无线通信系统的信号的方法,该方法包括把信号的当前帧划分成每个具有确定尺寸的多个GOB(模块组),确定被编码的多个GOB的当前GOB是否是当前帧的第一GOB,根据当前的GOB是否是当前帧的第一GOB来计算当前GOB的控制参数值,根据控制参数值控制当前GOB的编码比特率,和编码当前的GOB。优选地,使用其中使用了帧之间GOB更新方法和帧内GOB更新方法的混合方法,以便减少帧之间的比特率变化并有效地作出信道的数据传输,以此提供给用户最佳的图像质量。
