Abstract: Electric products with a sealing structure and an LED floodlight using the same are provided to improve sealing characteristics, such as waterproofing, dustproof and a protection against heat, by filling a liquid insulator to be controlled in viscosity and specific gravity. A printed circuit board(20), on which an LED package(30) is mounted, is installed in a case(10). The case is filled with a liquid filler(40). A pressure adjusting ball(50) is disposed at the opposite side of a light emitting side of the LED package and is disposed on the liquid filler. The volume of the pressure adjusting ball is adjusted according to the contraction and expansion of the liquid filler.
