    Abstract: A method and system for detecting and characterizing weak signals of risk exposure of a patient, a weak signal being representative of an incubation of a pathology, from patient data collected over a given time interval. The system includes a module for calculating a predictive risk signature, a module for detecting the presence of at least one weak risk exposure signal by comparing the calculated predictive risk signature to predetermined reference risk signatures, and in case of a positive detection, application of a module for determining a predictive reference signature associated with the calculated predictive risk signature and for characterizing the risk associated with the reference risk signature, including a module for displaying a previously determined and recorded threat scenario in association with the predictive reference signature.

    Abstract: The present description concerns a method of manufacturing a vapor chamber (300) comprising the following steps: (a) etching, in a first substrate (301), at least one first cavity (303) and at least one channel (313) extending from an upper surface (305) of said first substrate (301), a first end (315) of said channel (313) emerging into said at least one cavity (303); (b) bonding a lower surface of a plate (309) to the upper surface (305) of said first substrate (301), the plate (309) comprising at least one first region made of a ductile material (321) arranged in front of said first end (315) of said channel (313); (c) filling said channel (313) with a cooling fluid (319); and (d) closing said cavity (303) by applying a pressure on said region of ductile material of the plate (309) to obstruct said first end (315) of said channel (313).

    Abstract: An artificial neuron for a neuromorphic chip comprises a synapse with resistive memory representative of a synaptic weight. The artificial neuron comprises a read circuit, an integration circuit and a logic circuit interposed between the read circuit and the integration circuit. The read circuit is configured to impose on the synapse a read voltage independent of the membrane voltage and to provide an analogue value representative of the synaptic weight. The logic circuit is configured to generate from the analogue value a pulse having a duration. The integration circuit comprises an accumulator of synaptic weights at the terminals of which a membrane voltage is established and a comparator configured to emit a postsynaptic pulse if a threshold is exceeded by the membrane voltage. Moreover, it comprises a source of current controlled by the pulse to inject a current into the accumulator of synaptic weights during this duration.
