    Abstract: A purification component comprises at least one block for purifying exhaust gases, and a casing that defines a circulation channel for the exhaust gases extending along a longitudinal axis, and in which the purification block is housed. The casing comprises an inlet portion, an outlet portion, and a central portion arranged between the inlet portion and the outlet portion, and with the central portion surrounding the purification block. A thermal insulator covers the whole of the casing. The thermal insulator comprise a first part, having a first temperature resistance, arranged radially facing the purification block, and a second part, having a second temperature resistance greater than the first temperature resistance, covering at least the inlet portion of the casing.

    Abstract: A vehicle chassis is designed to contain at least one electricity storage cells' module. The chassis comprises a bottom panel and at least one housing for the at least one electricity storage cells' module, each housing comprising a cover, the bottom panel supporting the housing in at least one region of contact with the housing. The chassis also comprises a cooling circuit of the at least one electricity storage cells' module. The cooling circuit is a closed circuit designed to guide a heat transfer fluid. The cooling circuit extends into the bottom panel and is set back from the contact region. The bottom panel comprises at least two flat plates and an embossed plate extending between the two flat plates.

    Abstract: A mixer includes a baffle having a baffle inlet receiving exhaust gas from an upstream exhaust component and a baffle outlet directing exhaust gas to a downstream exhaust component. A cover provides a chamber between an internal surface of the cover and the baffle. An internal box is positioned within the chamber to cover the baffle outlet and includes a bottom wall with a peripheral wall extending about at least a portion of an outer periphery of the bottom wall. At least one deflector wall is positioned within the internal box to provide a wall surface that is spaced from the peripheral wall to define an internal flow path that diverts exhaust gas at least partially around the baffle outlet before exiting the baffle outlet. An opening is located in the peripheral wall to receive exhaust gas exiting the inlet and to direct exhaust gas into the internal flow path.

    Abstract: A valve comprises a body having a gas inlet and outlet, a flap in the body, a drive shaft which is rigidly connected to the flap, an actuator having a motor shaft, and a coupling of the motor shaft and the drive shaft. A mounting for the actuator on the body comprises a side wall defining a cavity and closed in part at angular sectors facing towards the inlet and towards the outlet. The wall has openings for circulating air between the inside and the outside of the cavity. A thermally insulating partition is between the body and the actuator and has a surface area which is greater than 50% of a cross section of the wall taken in a plane which is perpendicular to the axis of the shaft, and has an opening for receiving the shaft with a gap. A plate is connected to the shaft, which is axially interposed between the partition and tire actuator, and covers the gap.

The thermal system comprises a device for regulating the pressure in the Rankine circuit and includes an enclosure delimiting a space and housing a movable part separating the space into first and second chambers. The first chamber communicates with the Rankine circuit and the second chamber communicates with the cooling circuit.

    Abstract: A heat exchanger for an exhaust gas recirculation system includes an exchanger body delimiting an inner volume, and longitudinal tubes housed in the inner volume and forming a layer of tubes fitting between upper and lower planes. The tubes are separated by passages for circulating a second fluid, the upper plane being across from an upper part of the exchanger body. A second fluid inlet is arranged in the upper part of the exchanger body; and a member guides the second fluid in the inner volume. A deflector at least partially closes off the interstitial space between the upper part and the upper plane.
