[PROBLEMS] To provide a norbornene monomer containing fluid composition for reaction injection molding which can attain excellent intimate blending and give products of desired shapes even when the shapes are complicated ones having bosses and/or ribs; a process for manufacturing products of reaction injection molding by the use of the fluid composition; and products of reaction injection molding obtained by the process. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A norbornene monomer containing fluid composition to be molded by reaction injection molding through in-mold bulk polymerization of the norbornene monomer, characterized by containing both a norbornene monomer and heat-expandable microcapsules each comprising a shell made of an a,ß-ethylenically unsaturated acid derivative polymer having an acid group and a liquid blowing agent enveloped in the shell; a process for manufacturing products of reaction injection molding by the use of the fluid composition; and products of reaction injection molding obtained by the process.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite molding excellent in impact resistance, weatherability and design properties. SOLUTION: The composite molding includes a reaction-curable transparent resin layer having a specific haze value on at least a part of the surface of a norbornene resin molding obtained by bulk polymerization of a norbornene monomer in a die. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite mold formed by integrating a norbornen monomer mass ring-opening polymer with a composite member made of a metal material and improved in adhesion between the polymer and the composite member. SOLUTION: The composite mold is formed by integrating a polymer obtained by polymerizing a norbornen monomer mass ring-opening with a composite member made of a metal material. The composite member is treated by a coupling agent where at least a part of a contact interface with the polymer is represented by the expression (1). In the expression (1), R 1 denotes a substituent having a norbornen structure, R 2 and R 3 denote alkyl groups and/or acyl groups of carbon numbers 1 to 3 which may contain ether group or an ester group, X 1 denotes a halogen atom, k denotes an integer of 2 to 10, and m and n denote integers of 0 to 3 (m+n≤3). SOLUTION: The norbornene-based resin molding is obtained by injecting a blend liquid comprising a norbornene-based monomer, a polymerization catalyst, and an olefinic elastomer into a mold and carrying out bulk polymerization of the blend liquid within the mold, and has a thermal deformation temperature of ≥130°C under a load of 18.5 kgf/cm 2 . PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel structure of a prefabricated bath, which is improved in productivity itself of a design panel, by easily and positively filling a design material into a gap between a substrate and a mold, and to provide a method of producing the floor panel structure. SOLUTION: According to the method, a substrate 22 made of a dicyclopentadiene resin and having a nozzle 65 formed on a rear surface thereof, is molded, and then the molded substrate 22 is pinched between an upper mold 72 and a lower mold 71, followed by filling a thermoplastic resin via the nozzle 65 into the gap 75 between the lower mold 71 and a surface of the substrate 22, to thereby laminate the decoration forming material 23 made of the thermoplastic resin on the surface of the substrate 22 in one body. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate deflection of a floor panel itself obtained after being subjected to heating-cooling processing at the time of integral molding. SOLUTION: There are provided a floor panel structure of a prefabricated bath, and a method of producing the same. According to the method, a substrate 22 made of a dicyclopentadiene resin is molded such that ribs 31 are protruded downward from a bottom floor like a lattice, that a groove 34 is formed in the ribs 31 at least along a longitudinal direction, and that at least one projection 44 projecting downward is arranged in the vicinity of the center of the groove 34. Then the molded substrate 22 is pinched by an upper mold 72 and a lower mold 71, and a thermoplastic resin is filled into a gap 75 between the lower mold 71 and a surface of the substrate 22, to thereby laminate a design material 23 made of the thermoplastic resin on the surface of the substrate 22, in one body.
