Abstract: A surveying system for assisting placement of a slope staking tool including a picket, a crossbeam, and a slope beam. The surveying system includes a design information acquisition unit configured to acquire design information including a designed slope; a current slope estimation unit configured to calculate a current slope in accordance with the results of surveying the current slope; a first intersection calculation unit configured to calculate a coordinate of a first intersection between the current slope and the designed slope using the current slope estimated by the current slope estimation unit and the design information, and to display the coordinate on the screen unit; and a second intersection calculation unit configured to calculate, using the surveying device, an altitude difference between any position on the crossbeam placed and a plane including the designed slope and to display the altitude difference on the screen unit.

In order to achieve the above-described object, by using a measuring device including a distance-measuring unit configured to perform a non-prism measurement of a distance and an angle to a measurement point, a measurement system performs the non-prism measurement along a three-dimensional measurement line formed by connecting three-dimensional coordinates of two or more designated points designated on a three-dimensional space with respect to a measuring target by a straight line, and from three-dimensional coordinates of measurement points measured near the three-dimensional measurement line, calculates measurement results of a member spacing and/or a member thickness of the measuring target, and displays the measurement results on a display unit.

Abstract: Target point cloud data about a specific road are extracted from perimeter point cloud data acquired by moving a road surface measurement device along a measurement route and scanning the surroundings thereof. A trajectory point sequence setting unit acquires a trajectory point sequence at equal intervals from the trajectory point sequence data. An extraction area setting unit sets, as extraction areas, a column area Ci and a parallelepiped area Hi that are geometric areas disposed at predetermined positions below a trajectory point Xi. An approximate nearest neighbor search processing unit and an extraction processing unit extract, as the target point cloud data, point data that belong to this extraction area of the perimeter point cloud data.
