The present invention relates to a composition for promoting the differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells into adipocytes. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for cosmetics or plastic surgery which increases the sense of volume of specific body part by creating lipid droplets by comprising at least one species among Castaneae semen, Selaginella tamariscina, Aloe vera, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Mentha arvensis, Pinellia ternate, Triticum aestivum, Saururus chinensis, Polygala tenuifolia, and Gleditsia sinensis extracts as an active ingredient to promote the differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells into adipocytes.

CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a material which regulates skin pigmentation comprises: a step of treating one or more gene selected from the group consisting of IFN gamma, IL4, IL17, IL6, STAT3, STAT6, JAK1, JAK2, and JAK3 with a candidate material; and a step of selecting a candidate material which enhances or reduces gene expression as a material which regulates skin pigmentation.
