PURPOSE: A cosmetic tissue, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method of use thereof are provided to reduce the loss of moisture by minimizing the exposed time to dry air. CONSTITUTION: The composition in which the cosmetic tissue includes a microemulsion compound of less than 5000 nm adheres upon drying The microemulsion compound has a size of 1-500 nm. The composition comprises the utility moisture element of 0.5-50 weight%, a water-soluble moisture element of 0.5-30 weight%, and a surfactant of 0.1-10 weight%. The manufacturing method of the cosmetic tissue consists of a first step obtaining the composition including the microemulsion compound of less than 5000 nm, a second step of coating the tissue substrate composition, and a third step of drying the composition.

PURPOSE: A low viscosity cosmetic composition of water in oil is provided to enhance stability of a low viscosity content and convenience. CONSTITUTION: An airless cosmetic composition is impregnated into a urethane foam. The urethane foam has an open cell structure. The cosmetic composition is a water-in-oil type. The viscosity of the cosmetic composition is 2000-5000 cps. The low viscosity cosmetic composition contains 20-80 wt% of oil ingredients, 0.01-10 wt% of emulsifier, 1-35 wt% of UV protection agent, 0.5-20 wt% of pigments, and 20-60 wt% of aqueous ingredient. The oil ingredient includes vegetable oil, synthetic ester, hydrocarbon, or silicon oil. The emulsifier is a non-ionic surfactant. The pigment is polymethyl methacylate(PMMA), silica, nylon, polyurethane,ultramarine, ferric oxide, synthetic mica, talc, sericite, or boron nitride. CONSTITUTION: A make-up cosmetic composition of water-in-oil type contains 0.1-5.0 weight% of ceramide-like amino acid, 0.1-2.0 weight% of papain enzyme capsule, and 0.0001-1.0 weight% of polysaccharides as an active ingredient. The makeup cosmetic composition comprises 0.01-25.0 wt.% of amorphous titanium dioxide having a particle size of 0.1-1.0 micrometer, wherein the amorphous titanium dioxide is coated by an organometallic salt such as C8-25 magnesium salt or aluminium salt, or a silicone-based derivative material.
