Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing vinegar which contains aloe ingredient so as to prevent or treat adult diseases, help the drunken overcome hangover, and accelerate the recovery of injured skins. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing vinegar containing aloe ingredient is characterized by the next steps of: i) washing and cutting aloe and then boiling the pieces of aloe at around 100 deg.C for about 2 minutes to eliminate fibrous tissue effectively; ii) cooling and drying the pieces for a certain period of time; iii) making juice from the pieces and adding 2 kg of yellow sugar and 1-2 kg of bacteria (KFCC-11103) into 20 L of the juice; iv) fermenting the mixture at 20-25 deg.C in ventilative place for 4-5 months; and v) separating the vinegar from the bacteria and other substances.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有芦荟成分以防止或治疗成人疾病的醋的制造方法，帮助醉酒者克服宿醉，加快受伤皮肤的恢复。 构成：含有芦荟成分的醋的制造方法的特征在于以下步骤：i）洗涤和切割芦荟，然后在约100℃下煮沸芦荟片2分钟以有效消除纤维组织; ii）冷却和干燥片段一段时间; iii）从片中取出汁液，加入2公斤黄糖和1-2公斤细菌（KFCC-11103）加入20升果汁中; iv）在通风的地方将混合物在20-25℃下发酵4-5个月; 和v）将醋与细菌和其他物质分离。

Abstract: PURPOSE: An automatic manufacturing device for a steel fiber is provided to automatically mold and cut a steel plate by a slitting roller, a molding roller and a cutting unit. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically manufacturing a steel fiber consists of a slitting unit (100) shearing a steel plate (710) in the upper portion of a shelf (800); a straightening unit (200) straightening the sheared steel plate; a molding unit (400) molding many bent portions on the straightened steel plate; and a cutting unit (500) cutting the steel plate in a specific length. The slitting unit comprises an upper slitting roller unit (110) and a lower slitting roller unit (120). Plural slitting blades are fixed to one pivot shaft in the upper and the lower slitting roller unit. The slitting blades of the upper and the lower slitting roller unit are crossed each other to increase slitting and shearing effect. The straightening unit comprises an upper roller group (210) and a lower roller group (220) with plural straightening rollers (230). Thus, the steel plate becomes flat by the upper and the lower roller group repeatedly bending the steel plate. The molding unit consists of an upper and a lower molding roller (410,420) with many molding portions. Then, the molding unit forms many bent portions on the steel plate by the rotation of the upper and the lower molding roller. The cutting unit contains a shearing bite (510) and many shearing blades (520) on the circumference of a rotor (530). Then, the steel plate is cut by the shearing blades with the rotating force of the rotor to be a steel fiber (750). The length of the steel fiber is adjusted according to the number of shearing blades.
