본 발명은 부직포 상에 섬유 세제를 함유시켜 시트 형태로 제조할 수 있게 하므로 세제 사용의 우수한 편리성 및 세제의 경제적 절감을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 세제를 적합한 량으로 사용할 수 있게 하는 환경 친화적인 제품을 제공할 수 있는 섬유 세제 시트용 장섬유 복합 부직포 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 본 발명의 섬유 세제 시트용 장섬유 복합 부직포는 섬유 세제 시트의 기재로 사용되는 장섬유 부직포에 있어서, 상기 부직포는 섬유 세제를 함유할 수 있는 섬유 간 기공을 갖는 부직포 형태로 2층 이상의 스판본드 층 및 상기 스판본드 층 내에 멜트블로운 층이 복합화된 다층구조 장섬유 부직포로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다 상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 섬유 세제 시트용 장섬유 복합 부직포는 통상적인 분말형 세제를 시트 형태로 만들기 위해서 요구되는 여러 가지 특성에 적합한 다층구조 장섬유 스판본드 부직포를 제공함으로서 효율적인 시트형 섬유 세제를 제공할 수 있게 한다. 세제 시트, 장섬유, 부직포.

PURPOSE: A nonwoven fabric of hollow filament for supporting a battery separator active material is provided to smoothly perform the coating and maintaining of active materials by attaching the nonwoven fabric to an electrode plate as a separation film of a lead storage battery. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric of hollow filament for supporting a battery separator active material comprises the steps of: spinning and extending polyester using hollow filament to prepare polyester filament fibers having 3-8 denier; laminating the prepared polyester filament fibers on a web on a moving conveyor; and heat-adhering or niddle punching the laminated filament web.

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a composite spun bond long stable multilayer non-woven fabric is provided to suppress relative elongation degree. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a composite spun bond long stable multilayer non-woven fabric comprises: a step of laminating spun bond non-woven fabric as an external layer and melt blown non-woven fabric as an inner layer; and a step of laminating at least one or more spun bond non-fabric layer and melt blown non-fabric layer as needed.

PURPOSE: A multi-layer nonwoven fabric capable of spinning a poly propylene resin and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make a melt blown web finer, thereby improving a fluid blocking feature while keeping an air passing feature. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a multi-layer nonwoven fabric capable of spinning a poly propylene resin uses a melting index 20 to 80g/10minute poly propylene instead of melting index 800 to 1300g/10minute poly propylene. Multi layer non-woven fabrics(1) of span bond and melt blown are manufactured by heat-pressurization.

PURPOSE: A filament complex non-woven fabric for fiber detergent sheet and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to give the amount the detergent selectively, thereby restraining the excessive use of the detergent. CONSTITUTION: A filament is formed from the melted thermoplastic resin. The filament is cooled by cooling air of the cooling chamber. After fusing the polypropylene resin, the poly propylene resin radiates a plurality of orifices. By supply of strong hot air in both side of the pinneret, a microfiber is generated. The meltbrown nonwoven is manufactured from the microfiber. Each filament is laminated to infinite conveyor belt. About each filament, a point bond is performed by heat calendar.

PURPOSE: Polyester hollow spunbonded nonwoven fabric for an air filter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to consecutively manufacture the fabric with a single process, and to improve bulkiness, air permeability and processability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyester hollow spunbonded nonwoven fabric for an air filter includes the following steps: forming the polyester hollow spunbonded nonwoven fabric of a diameter of 22-40 μm by spinning the polyester fiber materials with a spinneret; forming a filament web by laminating the polyester hollow filaments; and compressing and heating the filament web. The inherent viscosity of the polyester fiber is 0.6-0.7. A discharging rate of the spun polyester melting materials is 0.1-25g/min.hole.

Spinning-typed non-woven of a polyester hollow filament and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve thermal insulation and absorbing properties etc, and to offer excellent heat insulation, thickness and bulky feeling. A manufacturing method of spinning-typed non-woven of a polyester hollow filament includes the following steps of: spinning polyester to a hollow shape by using a hollow spinneret; producing polyester filament fiber having a diameter of 10 - 80mum; laminating the produced polyester filament fiber on a moved net; and performing heat-adhesion or needle punching on the laminated filament web.

Non-woven polyester spunbond and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer multiple usability by securing liquid permeability, mechanical property and excellent air transmittance. Non-woven polyester spunbond is made of a high melting point polymer and a low melting point polymer of fiber. Sheath of the fiber is copolymerized with Isophatalic Acid and polyethylene terephthalate. Core of the fiber includes the polyethylene terephthalate. The content of the Isophatalic Acid is 5 - 20 mole%. A typical web bonding process is one of a spunlace and air-through method, a needle-punching method, and a heat-bonding method etc.

A spun-bond non-woven cloth having the excellent soft and punching property and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily impart perforations with a constant shape on the non-woven cloth. A punching roller(4) includes an upper roller for a punching pin(6). The punching pin for punching the non-woven cloth is fixed to the upper roller. A lower roller(4) is located at the position corresponding to the punching pin and includes a punching pin couple having a groove with a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the punching pin. The spun-bond non-woven cloth(2) is moved between the punching pin of the upper roller and the punching pin couple of the lower roller and thereafter the compression and heating processes are performed so that a punching hole(7) with a three-dimensional shape is formed. The punching pin is heated by the temperature of 100 to 160 degrees centigrade. The punching pin is formed by one or more shapes selected from cylinder, star, triangle and the like.

본 발명은 부직포의 양면이 다른 이색을 가지고 내후성, 통기성 및 배수성이 뛰어나며, 과일 착색성이 우수한 멀칭(Mulching; 잡초제거)용 다층 구조 폴리프로필렌 스판본드 부직포 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 멀칭용 다층 구조 폴리프로필렌 스판본드 부직포는 전체 폴리프로필렌 스판본드 부직포에 대하여 한쪽 면은 흰색 색상층이고 다른 면은 흑색 색상층의 이층 구조로 되며, 그 비율이 상기 흰색 색상층은 전체 스판본드 부직포의 25~75%이고, 양면을 구성하는 색상의 중량비가 0.5~1.5 : 1.5~0.5의 비율이고, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지는 용융지수 (MI)가 20~80g/10분인 것이며, 전체 폴리프로필렌 수지에 대하여, 자외선 안정제로 HALS계 자외선안정제를 0.1 ~ 1.5 중량% 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 부직포는 장기간 사용이 가능하고, 통기성 및 보온성이 뛰어나며, 태양광의 투과를 억제하여 잡초제거 효율을 유지하게 하면서도, 태양광의 반사효과를 얻어 과일에 빛이 많이 도달하게 하여 과일의 착색성이 우수하여 상품가치가 높은 과일을 생산할 수 있도록 하는 유용한 발명이다. 부직포, 폴리프로필렌, 통기성, 착색성, 잡초제거.
