Abstract: PURPOSE: A coating machine of a chip plate is provided to improve the sealing state of a rotation shaft and a suction line by forming an additional packing which is inserted into the exterior of the suction line and the internal suction hole of the rotation shaft. CONSTITUTION: In a coating machine of a chip plate, a rotary shaft(10) passes through a supporting frame(20). The supporting frame holds a cylindrical guider(21) which is lifted with the end of the rotary shaft . An air blower(30) discharges compressed air through the end of the nozzle hole inside the guider. A suction line(40) penetrates through a suction hole from the rear end of the rotary shaft. A coating solution(3) is discharged through a coating discharge nozzle(2) which is formed on the top of a chip plate.

Abstract: A circuit board used in a light emitting wheel having a wheel generator and a hub assembly employing the same, and a light emitting wheel are provided to increase productivity by previously connecting a plurality of LEDs(Light Emitting Diode) to the circuit board with an automatic process and mounting the circuit board to a hub. In a circuit board(300), a protruded power connecting pin(310) is connected with an armature lead cable connecting pin(320) which is inserted and fixed to a partially removed part of outer circumference of a hub(40) by being applied to a light emitting wheel and is protruded outside the hub(40) from an armature coil assembly embedded in the light emitting wheel. An LED connection circuit is designed to minimize a dimming phenomenon due to unequal current distribution by a forward current difference of one or more LED(350) connected to each side of the circuit board(300).
