Abstract: PURPOSE: An MP3 player integrated with a headphone is provided to integratedly install an MP3 module on a band, and to detachably install a remote controller on the band, thereby realizing convenient portability while easily operating the MP3 module. CONSTITUTION: A band(10) is installed with speakers(11) on both ends. A supporting bar(15) is built in the band(10) to maintain a transformed state of the band(10). An MP3 module(20) is installed on one end of the band(10). The MP3 module(20) reproduces stored music files by using a self battery. The MP3 module(20) is connected to each of the speakers(11) through a signal line. A remote controller(30) is detachably installed on the other end of the band(10). The remote controller(30) remotely controls the MP3 module(20).
