PURPOSE: A communication device and a method thereof are provided to stably restore a modulated message of a target device by using a driving voltage of a power amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A driving voltage detecting unit(240) detects a supplied power of a power amplifier changed according to an impedance of a target device. A demodulating unit(260) demodulates a message of the target device based on the amount of the detected source power. A controlling unit(270) senses the variation of the impedance. The controlling unit controls the source power based on the sensing. The driving voltage detecting unit detects the voltage of a resistance, a resistance of a transistor, and a line impedance. PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for protecting wireless-coupled power devices against an overvoltage, an overcurrent, and an excessive temperature are provided to protect a power device against an excessive temperature by using a thermistor whose resistance is changed according to a temperature. CONSTITUTION: A first resistive divider(1110) divides an input voltage and outputs a first divided voltage. A rectifier(1120) rectifies the first divided voltage and outputs the rectified voltage. A second resistive divider(1130) divides the rectified voltage and outputs the second divided voltage. A comparator(1150) receives the second divided voltage through a positive terminal and receives DC through a negative terminal. PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for transmitting wireless power are provided to control a magnetic field which is generated in a resonator by controlling the rate of a resonant frequency of a sub resonator over a resonant frequency of a source resonator through a magnetic field distribution control unit. CONSTITUTION: A source resonator(510) wirelessly transmits power to a target device through magnetic coupling with a target resonator. One or more sub resonators(520) are located inside the source resonator. A magnetic field distribution control unit(530) controls the distribution of a magnetic field which is generated in the source resonator based on the rate of the resonant frequency of one or more sub resonators over a resonant frequency of the source resonator. PURPOSE: A DC-DC voltage converter which reduces switching loss and a wireless power receiving device including the same are provided to detect a current amount of the DC-DC voltage converter without sensing the current amount. CONSTITUTION: A current detector(250) comprises a charge pump(310), a capacitor(320), a comparator(330), and a frequency change controller(340). The charge pump outputs charges during a turn-on time period of a turn-on switch. The capacitor stores the outputted charges from the charge pump during the turn-on time period. The comparator transmits a comparison result to the frequency change controller by comparing current amount measurement voltage outputted from the capacitor and reference voltage for current amount measurement.

CONSTITUTION: A full bridge diode rectifier comprised of dual diodes includes a first path and a second path. The first path is provided in order to store inputted voltage in a capacitor(550) through a first dual diode(510) and a fourth dual diode(540). The second path is provided in order to store the inputted voltage in the capacitor through a second dual diode(520) and a third dual diode(530). PURPOSE: A rectifier protector and a wireless power receiving apparatus including the protector are provided to intercept the power applied to a rectifier. CONSTITUTION: A target resonator(210) receives electro magnetic energy from a source resonator. A switch(220) transfers the received AC signal from the target resonator to a rectifier by the control of a switch controller. The rectifier(230) generates a DC signal by rectifying the AC signal received from the target resonator. An AC/DC converter(240) outputs rated voltage by adjusting the signal level of the DC signal generated from the rectifier. A battery(250) charges the rated voltage outputted from A DC/DC converter.
