Abstract:
PURPOSE: A compound containing a heterocycle in a carbazole structure and an organic electric device using the same are provided to be used as a host material for phosphor dopants having various colors. CONSTITUTION: A compound containing a heterocycle in a carbazole structure is denoted by one of chemical formulas 1-6. An organic electric device contains one or more organic layers containing the compound. The organic layer is formed by a soluble process of the compound. The organic layer contains a light-emitting layer. A terminal comprises a display device containing the organic electric device and a controller for driving the display device. The organic electric device is a organic light-emitting diode(OLED), organic solar cell, organic photo conductor(OPC) drum, organic TFT, photodiode, organic laser, or laser diode.

PURPOSE: A compound containing dibenzocarbazole is provided to enable use as a hole injection layer or hole transport layer in an organic electric device, and to ensure efficiency increase, driving voltage lowering, lifetime increase and stability enhancement when applied to the organic electric device. CONSTITUTION: A compound has structure represented by chemical formula. The organic electric device comprises an organic material layer including the compound. The compound forms the organic layer by a solution process. The organic electric device is an organic electroluminescence device including a first electrode, an organic layer, and a second electrode. The organic material layer is one of a hole injection layer, hole transport layer, electroluminescent layer, electron transport layer and electron injection layer.

PURPOSE: A compound with a superior luminous efficiency, an organic electric device using thereof, and a electronic device thereof are provided to increase the organic electronic device and stability synergistic effect, and lower driving voltage. CONSTITUTION: A compound with a superior luminous efficiency is represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1-R4 is respectively selected from following groups: hydrogen, deuterium, tritium, substituted or non-substituted C6-60 aryl group, substituted or non-substituted C4-60 heterocyclic group, C6-60 aromatic ring, and condensed ring of C4-60 aliphatic ring, substituted or non-substituted amine group, nitro group, nitrile group, amide group, and silane group. Also m indicates 1-2, A indicates O, S or N(Ar1). B is selected from the following groups: substituted or non-substituted C6-60 arylene, substituted or non-substituted C4-60 heterocyclic group, condensed ring of C4-60 alicyclic, C6-60 aromatic ring, and silane group.
