Abstract:
본 발명은 전전자 교환시스템에서 착신코드를 호 발생률에 따라 수동으로 제어하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기와 같은 처리절차에 의해 수행되는 본 발명은 점점 복잡해지고 계속 변화하고 있는 통신망을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 호가 집중되고 있는 착신번이나 특정국 또는 특정 영역으로 가는 트래픽을 운용자가 계속 감시하고 수집하여 특정 착신 번호에 대한 호 발생률에 따라 제한 공급을 주요 제한 등급별로 제한률을 주어 호처리 과정에서 트래픽을 적절히 제한하도록 함으로써 트래픽 폭주로 인한 과부하 현상을 트래픽의 시발점에서부터 막을 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다. 또한 착신 코드 제어를 위한 모든 정보를 데이타베이스로 관리하므로써 운용중 각 착신 제어 대상 코드 및 각 코드에 대한 제한 정보를 MMC에 의한 데이타 조작만으로 수시로 변경/추가/삭제하여 운용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The terminating directory number translating method in a full electronic switching system having ASS, INS and CCS includes the steps of forming a data base in a double-linked list structure, determining a received terminating directory number is accommodated within the system upon the input of a terminating directory number translation demand, obtaining and analyzing a terminating directory line and determined information for general number service, automatic private branch exchanger hunting and digital number service according to the analysis of the terminating directory line, thereby giving diverse numbers desired by a subscriber and of a special purpose, and further supplying high- quality numbering service by satisfying all demands of numbering of those who receive the voice and unvoiced service.

사용자의 감성 신호 및 감성 정보를 감성 서비스 제공 장치와 공유하기 위하여 감성 신호 감지 장치와 감성 서비스 제공 장치 간의 감성 통신 방법을 제공한다. 감성 통신 방법은 감성 신호 감지 장치가 사용자의 생체 및 환경 정보를 감지하고, 상기 생체 및 환경 정보를 이용하여 상기 사용자의 감성 신호 및 감성 정보를 생성하는 단계, 감성 서비스 제공 장치와 감성 통신 연결 설정을 수행하는 단계, 상기 감성 통신 연결 설정을 통해 상기 감성 서비스 제공 장치로 상기 감성 신호 및 상기 감성 정보를 전송하는 단계 및 상기 감성 서비스 제공 장치와의 연결 설정을 해제하는 단계를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A body guard system based on emotion recognition, an emotion recognition device, an image and sensor control device, a self protection management device, and a control method thereof are provided to deliver the danger or a situation of people having a difficulty to perform normal communication to others. CONSTITUTION: An emotion recognition device(110) includes a user interface(210), a multi channel bio signal sensing unit(220), a multi channel environment signal sensing unit(230), an emotion recognition managing unit(240), and a danger/crime situation measuring unit(250). The user interface displays a menu related to input and receives a control command. The sensing unit senses a bio signal or a surrounding environment of a user. The emotion recognition managing unit determines whether the modification of a danger or crime signal about the user based on the sensed signal in order to perform a tracing request to an image and sensor control device. A danger/crime situation measuring unit performs a danger or crime situation handling request to a linked self protection management device according to a crime or danger emotion. PURPOSE: An illumination control device based on a speed of a moving object and a method for controlling illumination of a streetlight using the same are provided to implement a streetlight power saving system based on a traffic by dynamically controlling the illumination of a streetlight according to a distance between the estimated streetlight and a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A streetlight illumination control system(10) comprises streetlights(201-205) installed on the edge of a road and an illumination control device(100). A plurality of streetlights are separated with a regular distance. The plurality of streetlights emit light to the road and improve the stability of a moving object(300). The street illumination control system controls the illumination of the streetlight by measuring the speed of the moving object.

A home network system and an operating method thereof are provided to enhance user convenience by realizing a home network based on the control of a device regardless of the communication environment between a home server and a device. A home server(10) receives media contents from a contents server(20), and an active media device(31) receives a control signal from a home server according to a set communication scheme. A passive media device(33) receives a control signal from a home server and an active media server. A passive media device performs a function related to contents regeneration.
