Abstract: the first step (1 or 8) which collects the required information from a basic call processing block after receiving service call for receiving information charge and transmits the demand for fitness test and number translation to a service control point (SCP) and is ready to receive the result; the second step (9 or 22) which processes the primitive transmitted from SCP; the third step (23 or 26) which processes the abnormality information of the service call from the basic call processing block when the user abandons the call; the forth step (27 or 43) which connects call by confirming the service call; the fifth step (44 or 48) which executes the process of releasing the service call after completing call.
