Abstract: PURPOSE: A support insulator for direct metal core train rail is provided to improve the anti-damage property and electrical property by increasing the leakage distance and the electrical property by increasing the leakage distance within the regulated range. CONSTITUTION: A FRP core(100) of rod shape is offered. An insulating housing(200) comprises a rod part(210) formed with a constant thickness and the insulation mask(220) formed and the rod part as one body. An extended insulation mask(300) is assembled on the lower surface of the insulation mask.
