Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차용 안개등의 조사각 조절구조에 관한 것으로서, 구조를 단순화하고 경량화하며, 원가를 절감할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
본 발명은 하우징(1)의 후방에 전구(4)를 분해할 수 있게 설치하고, 상기 하우징(1)의 전방에 렌즈(3)를 결합한 안개등에 있어서, 상기 하우징(1)을 하우징본체(21)와 리플렉터(22)로 구분 형성하고, 리플렉터(22)의 외부 양측면에 지지핀(22a)(22b)을 일체로 형성함과 동시에 외부 주위에 고무 등의 탄성이 양호한 패킹(23)을 설치하여서, 상기 리플렉터(22)를 하우징본체(21)의 후방 내면에 삽입하고 지지핀(22a)(22b)을 하우징본체(21)에 지지하여 하우징본체(21)의 후방 내면과 리플렉터(22)의 외주면을 패킹(23)에 의하여 기밀을 유지하도록 하며, 상기 하우징본체(21)의 후방 내면에 지지돌기(24)를 일체로 형성하고 리플렉터(22)의 저면에 지지편(25)을 일체로 형성하여 상기 지지돌기(24)와 지지편(25) 사이에 코일 스프링(26)을 삽입한 후 지지돌기(24)와 지지편(25)에 조절나� �(27)를 나사 결합하여서 된 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a headlamp for a vehicle is provided to improve worker's convenience and productivity by reducing the number of parts and simplifying the assembling process through improvement of the assembling structure of the headlamp. CONSTITUTION: A headlamp for a vehicle comprises a light bulb(200) to which a terminal is integrally formed; a reflecting mirror(100) supporting the light bulb; and a connector(300) fastened to the terminal of the light bulb, to supply sources of electricity. Assembling structure of the headlamp comprises a fitting projection(110) projected on the rear of the reflecting mirror, and fixed ends(310) integrally formed to both sides of the connector. The fitting projection is bent at a right angle. The fixed end forms a hook(311) bent at a right angle at the end portion, to be elastically inserted into the fitting projection.
