Abstract: Methods and systems for performing Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) transmissions include receiving, by a user equipment (UE) from a base station, an indicator of a plurality of precoders corresponding to M Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) repetitions, wherein M is an integer. A plurality of precoders corresponding to two or more of the M PUSCH repetitions is indicated. The UE configures the plurality of precoders based on the indicator and transmits one or more of the M Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) repetitions corresponding to one or more of the plurality of precoders. The indicator can be provided in higher layer signaling. One or more transmission rank indicator (TRIs) and transmission precoder matrix indicators (TPMIs) for the M PUSCH repetitions can be provided. The indicator can be provided in a scheduling downlink control indicator (DCI) communication. The indicator can also be provided within N sounding reference signal (SRS) resource indicator(s) (SRIs) of the scheduling DCI.

Abstract: Methods, circuitries, and systems are disclosed for configuring multiple PDSCH/PUSCH transmission with repetition of each transmission. In one example, a method includes receiving, from a base station, control information that indicates i) time domain resources for communication of at least two physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) or at least two physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions and ii) at least one repetition number indicating a number of times each of the at least two PDSCH/PUSCH transmissions is repeated. The method includes configuring operation to receive the at least two PDSCH transmissions or to transmit the at least two PUSCH transmissions based on the time domain resources and repetition number.

Abstract: Some aspects of this disclosure relate to apparatuses and methods for implementing channel state information (CSI) reporting that includes a stale CSI report. Based at least in part on a CSI reporting configuration, a user equipment (UE) performs CSI measurements during a current reference time period, and generates one or more CSI reports including at least a stale CSI report. A stale CSI report is generated based at least in part on CSI measurements performed prior to the current reference time period. The UE further generates an uplink message including the one or more CSI reports, and transmits the uplink message to the base station under a reporting setting determined by the CSI reporting configuration.

Abstract: Improved configured grants (CGs) may include the designation of a footprint corresponding to uplink transmission of a UE, with the footprint at least partially defined by the occupied transmission time, occupied transmission frequency, and transmission power. The footprint may be adjustable and/or selectable by the UE according to the current traffic needs of the UE and within limits set for the footprint via prior signaling from the base station to the UE. The actual footprint parameters/values for the UE's uplink data transmissions may be received by the base station as part of CG uplink control information (CG-UCI) received from the UE. The base station may receive the CG-UCI over resources configured according to additional parameter values transmitted to the UE via the prior signaling from the base station. The base station may further receive uplink data on resources configured according to the actual footprint values.
