Abstract: Target product continuous separating operation includes a heat exchanger having a secondary space and a primary space. The secondary space is separated from the primary space by a separating wall, which serves as a surface to transfer the heat from the secondary space to the primary space, where a current in fluid phase, and component of mass flow is fed to the target product in the secondary space of the heat exchanger. A fluid cooling medium having a temperature is fed to the primary space, such that fine crystals of the target product are formed in the secondary phase from the fluid residual phase of the fluid phase. A fluid cooling medium containing a mass flow is fed from primary space to the target product in a former operating state and in latter operating state. A fluid cooling medium containing another mass flow is fed from the secondary space to the target product. The liquid phase has the target product and different product, whose total mole fraction has a value in a component. The total mole fraction at the component, which is different from the target product, in the fluid phase fed in the secondary space, is bigger in the latter operating state than the former operating state.

Abstract: Target product separation involves utilizing a heat exchanger, which has a space and another space. Heat flow is gathered from the heat exchanger for adjusting desired crystallization degree of suspension, guided outwards from the latter space of the heat exchanger to each operating point. Difference between crystallization heat flow arithmetically developed in the latter space corresponding to the crystallization degree. The difference formed between the heat flow from the latter space of the heat exchanger is determined with the help of a process computer.
