체크 밸브 시스템은 하우징, 차단 요소, 및 편향 부재를 포함한다. 하우징은 하우징을 관통하는 연결통로를 가지며, 상기 연결통로는 제1 부분과 제2 부분을 포함하고, 상기 제1 부분의 직경은 상기 제2 부분의 직경보다 작아서 단차부를 형성한다. 차단 요소는 상기 연결통로의 상기 제2 부분 내에 배치된다. 편향 부재는 상기 연결통로의 제2 부분 내에 배치되고, 압축 상태일 때 상기 차단 요소가 상기 단차부와 접촉을 유지하도록 구성된다. 상기 하우징, 상기 차단 요소 및 상기 편향 부재는 실질적으로 동시에 3D 프린팅에 의해 획득 가능하도록 하나 이상의 3D 프린팅 가능한 재료로 형성된다.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid dispenser that can apply a viscous fluid over the wide surface area of a substrate with improved edge definition and the method thereof. SOLUTION: A pressurized fluid is periodically supplied in pulses to nozzles 80 provided in the nozzle plate 18 of a dispensing head while the dispensing head 16 is moved by a multi-axis stage 114, 116 relative to a stationary substrate 22. Droplets are discharged from the nozzles 80 and impact on the substrate. The droplets coalesce together to form a coating film. The discharge from one or more groups of nozzles 80 can be temporarily suspended to avoid coating a component or a given area on the substrate (120) while adjacent areas continue to receive droplets of the fluid. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk manufacturing apparatus which can provide a highly reliable optical disk coping with high recording density, or an optical disk such as a DVD and a CD. SOLUTION: The optical disk manufacturing apparatus is equipped with; a rotation processor 2 which carries out spreading of a liquid film forming substance supplied by a nozzle member 3F on a disk substrate D with a centrifugal force by high-speed rotation; and an arm member 3C which supports the nozzle member 3F. At a tip part of the arm member 3C in the optical disk manufacturing apparatus, a liquid film formation substance on-off valve 3D which opens and closes between the liquid film formation substance supply mechanism 4, and the nozzle member 3F selectively, and a filtration member 3E attached replaceably and removably to an effluence section of the liquid film formation substance in the liquid membrane formation substance valve 3D are provided. The nozzle member 3F is attached to the effluence section of the filtration member 3E, and even a particle generated in the liquid film formation substance provision mechanism 4 can be removed and high quality liquid film is made to be formed on the disk substrate D. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved jetting valve with higher capability for adapting to various fluid material characteristics.SOLUTION: An improved pneumatic jetting valve (10) includes a housing with first and second chambers between which a pneumatic piston (80) is enclosed. First and second solenoid valves (82, 84) are configured to respectively supply air pressure to the chambers and to exhaust the chambers. A controller (104) is operable to regulate the pressurization and venting of the chambers. The controller controls the timing of control signals for the first and second solenoid valves to control the overlap time during which both the first and second chambers are pressurized. By controlling this overlap time, the controller controls the speed of the drive pin of the jetting valve and thereby the speed at which the valve closes to jet a droplet of material. This allows a valve speed to be selected that is most appropriate for the viscosity of the material to be jetted.
