PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold-rolled steel sheet having an excellent mold-galling property even if used as a hard-to-mold material such as a high-strength steel sheet the surface pressure of which is increased when press-molded.SOLUTION: The surface of the cold-rolled steel sheet has an organic/inorganic composite film containing an organic resin and a crystalline layered substance. The organic/inorganic composite film has a 0.10-2.0 μm average thickness and contains a ≥0.5 parts weight solid content of the crystalline layered substance based on a 100 parts weight solid content of the organic resin. The crystalline layered substance is, for example, a layered double hydroxide shown by [MM(OH)][A]-zHO (where Mis preferably one or two or more of Mg, Ca, Fe, Niand Zn; Mis preferably one or two or more of Al, Feand Cr; Ais preferably one or two or more of OH, CO, Cland (SO)).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plain bearing for an internal combustion engine assuring a low friction coefficient and excellent non-seizure characteristics while maintaining fatigue resistance. SOLUTION: The plain bearing for the internal combustion engine comprises a slide layer 6 including a lubricant outer layer 5 in which a solid lubricant is contained. The lubricant outer layer 5 contains an element which is contained in the solid lubricant at a maximum concentration of not less than 5 mass% in the lubricant outer layer, at least a particle 4 of the solid lubricant structured by gathering a plurality of primary particles exists on a surface of the lubricant outer layer 5, and the solid lubricant gathered particle exists wherein a long side of the solid lubricant particle 4 is equal to or longer than 20 μm and shorter than 100 μm in a surface visual field of the lubricant outer layer 5. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating agent composition for cold plastic working, exhibiting good lubricating properties and burning resistance even when the composition does not contain a chlorine-based compound and to provide the cold plastic working method using the composition. SOLUTION: The lubricating agent composition for cold plastic working contains a carbonate of an alkali metal and/or an alkaline earth metal such as sodium carbonate and/or calcium carbonate and a hydroxide of an alkali metal and/or an alkaline earth metal in a lubricating base oil such as a mineral oil and does not contain a chlorine-based compound. The lubricating agent composition has ≥10 mass% and 0 pt.mass and ≤5 pts.mass when the content of carbonate of the alkali metal and/or the alkaline earth metal is defined as 100 pts.mass and the composition is liquid or gel-like at normal temperature. Abstract:
A resin composition which exhibits good sealability while keeping creep deformation to a minimum when brought into sliding contact with a mating member at a high contact pressure of over 10 MPa, and which will not damage a mating member made from an aluminum alloy while sliding in contact with lubricating oil. The resin composition is a pressure-resistant, sliding tetrafluoroethylene resin composition containing 100 parts by volume of a modified tetrafluoroethylene resin in the form of a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and partially modified tetrafluoroethylene, 5-40 parts by volume of carbon fiber, and 2-30 parts by volume of calcium sulfate whiskers having a Mohs hardness of 4 or less, and having, at 100° C., a maximum deformation rate in 24 hours, of 15% or less. A seal device to be brought into slide contact with an aluminum metal is molded from such a pressure-resistant, sliding tetrafluoroethylene resin composition.

A cleaning blade lubricant including an acicular shape lubricant is provided. The cleaning blade lubricant is applied to a cleaning blade of an electrophotographic printing device for improving the cleaning performance of a cleaning blade of an electrophotographic printing device.
