High dropping-point lithium-complex grease composition having improved extreme pressure properties, comprising a lubricating oil and the following components: (a) at least one lithium soap a C 12 to C 24 hydroxy fatty acid, (b) at least one lithium salt of a boric acid, and (c) at least one metal salt selected from the group consisting of 1) a potassium salt of a boric acid, 2) a sodium salt of a boric acid, 3) an alkaline earth metal salt of a boric acid, and 4) a zinc salt of a boric acid.
Abstract:
A thermally conductive silicone grease composition is provided to have a high thermal conductivity and an excellent heat-radiating property, exhibit good workability by maintaining good flowability, and improve stability or lifespan of electronic equipment. The thermally conductive silicone grease composition comprises (A) 100 parts by volume of organopolysiloxane which is represented by a formula 1 and has a kinematic viscosity of 10-10,000mm^2/s, (B) 0.1-50 parts by volume of an alkoxysilane represented by a formula 2 of R^3_cR^4_dSi(OR^5)_(4-c-d), and (C) 100-2500 parts by volume of a thermally conductive filler. In the formula 1, each of R^1s is independently a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group and R^2 is independently an alkyl group, alkoxyalkyl group, alkenyl group, or acyl group, a is an integer of 5-100, and b is an integer of 1-3. In the formula 2, R^3 is independently a C9-15 alkyl group, R^4 is independently a substituted or unsubstituted C1-8 monovalent hydrocarbon group, R^5 is independently a C1-6 alkyl group, c is an integer of 1-3, d is an integer of 0-2, with the proviso that c+d is an integer of 1-3.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of aqueous slurry suspension and aqueous slurry suspension are provided to offer aqueous slurry suspension which can be used in separation of particle, CMP application, and lapping application. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of aqueous slurry suspension comprises a step of manufacturing suspended particles selected from a group consisting of stable gel particle, sol-gel, and gelatinous precipitates in order to precipitate inert particle in carrier media. The carrier media is different from the inert particle and includes about 0.1-60 weight% of suspended particle selected from oxide which forms the suspended particle in the carrier media having pH of 3-12, hydroxide, and oxide hydroxide. The particle is suspended as a result of one of the following reasons: physical interference, density difference, and static charge.

A silicone grease composition comprising 3-30 wt% of an organopolysiloxane and 60-96.9 wt% of a heat conductive filler is diluted with a least volatile isoparaffin having a boiling point of 260-360°C. Despite a heavy loading of heat conductive filler, the grease composition is easily applicable to heat sinks as a thin uniform coating. The composition is drastically increased in shelf stability at room temperature, easy to handle, and provides for good heat dissipation.
