PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a seamless steel pipe, which can efficiently manufacture the seamless steel pipe by reliably improving a service life of a boring rolling plug without declining efficiency of boring rolling.SOLUTION: When boring rolling is performed by using a plug in which a protective coating is formed on the surface, a lubricant of a water solution including 5-30 mass% in total of one type or two types or more out of boric oxide, boric acid and boric acid amine salt is applied to the protective coating on the plug surface. The plug is used for the boring rolling. After the boring rolling, the plug is cooled, and in the state where surface temperature of the plug tip is lowered to 100°C or less, the lubricant is applied. It is preferable to use the plug for the boring rolling again. Preferably, the protective coating on the plug surface is formed by electric arc spraying of an iron wire material on the surface of a plug base material, and comprises oxide and Fe.

A resin composition which exhibits good sealability while keeping creep deformation to a minimum when brought into sliding contact with a mating member at a high contact pressure of over 10 MPa, and which will not damage a mating member made from an aluminum alloy while sliding in contact with lubricating oil. The resin composition is a pressure-resistant, sliding tetrafluoroethylene resin composition containing 100 parts by volume of a modified tetrafluoroethylene resin in the form of a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and partially modified tetrafluoroethylene, 5-40 parts by volume of carbon fiber, and 2-30 parts by volume of calcium sulfate whiskers having a Mohs hardness of 4 or less, and having, at 100° C., a maximum deformation rate in 24 hours, of 15% or less. A seal device to be brought into slide contact with an aluminum metal is molded from such a pressure-resistant, sliding tetrafluoroethylene resin composition.

A stainless steel wire is plated with nickel (Ni) to a thickness of from not less than 1 mu m to not more than 5 mu m. An inorganic salt coat film mainly composed of at least one of potassium sulfate and borax (borate) and free from fluorine (F) or chlorine (Cl) is then deposited on the nickel (Ni) plate 2 as the substrate. The steel wire is then drawn to a reduction of area of not less than 60% to adjust the surface roughness thereof to a range of from 0.80 to 12.5 mu mRz, preferably from 1.0 to 10.0 mu mRz.

본 발명에 따른 방법에 따라서 플라스틱슬라이드층의 제조를 위해 무엇보다도 페이스트가 플라스틱분산물과 충진재로부터 만들어진다. 상기 페이스트는 유기용매를 포함하지 않으며, 소결된 다공성 금속층에 도포된다. 생산된 다층재료는 그다음 소결된다. 유기용매가 사용되지 않으므로 건강상의 위험과 화재의 위험이 경감된다. 더구나 본 발명에 따라 제조된 복합재료는 뛰어난 공동화 내성을 보인다. 베어링과 같이 종래의 윤활제가 없는 적용에 추가하여 이들 복합재료들은 특히 기어펌프 및 충격흡수기에서 결과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
A wire rod is payed out from a pay-off stand and descaled in a descaling process. After preheating to a predetermined temperature by a preheating device, it is subjected to a lubrication pretreatment through a zinc calcium phosphate solution applied with ultrasonic wave in the lubrication pretreatment process. After rinsing process, the lubrication-pretreated wire rod is coated with a calcium stearate or a sodium stearate in lubricating process. Thereafter, the wire rod is dried sufficiently in drying process, and then added with a predies lubricant in wire drawing process and coiled by a coiler.

The invention concerns a composition for preparing metal products designed to be shaped by at least one mechanical process of plastic deformation such as wire drawing, rolling, calendering, forging, swaging and the like, without notable shrinkage of substance. The invention is characterised in that it comprises a film-forming binder, at least an additive reactive with the metal, at least a lubricating additive and at least an anticorrosive additive. The invention also concerns a method for preparing said metal products using the claimed composition.
