L'invention a pour objet élément tubulaire destiné au forage et/ou à l'exploitation de puits d'hydrocarbures présentant une extrémité (1;2) comprenant au moins une zone filetée (3;4), caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité (1;2) est au moins partiellement revêtue d'un film sec (12), comprenant une matrice (13) comportant un mélange d'au moins un polysilicate alcalin et d'au moins un polymère organique thermoplastique semi-cristallin. L'invention a également pour objet un procédé de réalisation d'un film sec (12), comprenant une matrice (13) comportant un mélange d'au moins un polysilicate alcalin et d'au moins un polymère organique thermoplastique semi-cristallin, sur un tel élément tubulaire destiné au forage et/ou à l'exploitation de puits d'hydrocarbures.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the machine buiding industry and it is used for coating of friction surfaces by triboceramics to decrease wear and to reduce the friction coefficient. The triboceramic compound contains oxides - magnesium oxide MgO, silica SiO2, alumine Al2O3, calcium oxide CaO, ferric oxide Fe2O3, being in the chemical composition of serpentine and talc, the natural and/or synthesized heat unprocessed and/or dehydrated minerals - serpentine, talc, clinochlore, magnesite, quartz and aluminium hydroxide are introduced forming a mixture with the following composition of oxides, in mass %: SiO2-46-54; MgO - 26-32, Al2O3- 2-5; Fe2O3 - 1,0-1,5; CaO - 0,1-0,3, water H2O - 5 or less.

The present invention provides a new composite material comprising a porous matrix made of metal, metal alloy or semiconducting material and hollow fullerene-like nanoparticles of a metal chalcogenide compound or mixture of such compounds. The composite material is characterized by having a porosity between about 10 % and about 40 %. The amount of the hallow nanoparticles in the composite material is 1-20 wt.%.

The present invention relates to lubricant compositions and can be used for treatment of friction units in different machines and mechanisms in manufacturing processes, the purpose of which is modification of friction surfaces. The basis of the invention is the improvement of lubricant composition, in which as the consequence of the additional use of thickener and wax, the viscosity of lubricant composition sufficient for conversation of uniform distribution of solid component in lubricant composition in broad temperature range is provided; and at the expense of that, the possibility of conservation of lubricant composition in any packaging and bulks, which are usable even under operating conditions of machines and mechanisms, is reached. The lubricant composition acquires the state of gel, that is convenient to put on any friction surface, to deposit on a zone of friction of any friction units. The lubricant composition ensures the receiving of engineering results similar to those, which solid components exhibit using fine-dispersed powder on basis of natural minerals from flaky silicates series and at the same time the sedimentation properties of lubricant composition permit its continuous conservation in broad temperature range without variation of lubrication and modification properties.

Abstract in simplified Chinese:本发明之课题在于:习知导热性硅橡胶组成物与导热性硅油组成物中,虽使用形态系以薄片为代表成形品或仅施行涂布,但是本发明可从容器(注射器或管)中挤出并形成任意形状,并可填充或充设于发热体与放热体间的任意形状空间中,譬如即便保持于如倾斜状态之类施加轻微负荷的状态下,亦仍可保有原本形状的(自我保形性),因此可提供新形态使用方法(使用方法、充设方法)的放热材料、将填充.封入所构成的容器、此容器的制法、及使用该容器而对各种发热性机器的放热方法。
本发明之解决手段在于:提供一种可挤压之已交联脂膏状放热材料,系在交联硅凝胶(A)中分散导热性填充剂(B)而所形成的已交联脂膏状放热材料,该已交联脂膏状放热材料虽然具有流动性但亦具有自我保形性,且导热性填充剂(B)的添加量,相对于交联硅凝胶(A)100重量份,为5~500重量份的可挤压之已交联脂膏状放热材料、将此填充封入之容器、此容器之制法,以及采用该容器,将该放热材料填充、充设于机器内的发热体与放热体之间,俾对机器施行放热的放热之方法。
