Abstract:
A lamp holder for conductively fitting a lamp, in which the conductive parts of the lamp holder themselves constitute the lamp holder, and in which one conductor of the lamp holder is smaller than the other and is enclosed in the other conductor of the lamp holder, and in which attaching the two conductors of the lamp holder to each other does not require the use of any fixation and/or locking materials.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a screw-in type base for a lighting device being arranged to be mounted in a socket comprising a socket bottom conductor is provided. The base (100, 200, 300) comprising a threaded tubular enclosure (102) extending along an axial direction between a first (102a) and a second (102b) end portion of the enclosure (102), a base bottom conductor (103, 203, 311) arranged to be in electrically conductive contact with a light source (106) of the lighting device (400), and arranged to make electrically conductive, biased contact with the socket bottom conductor when the lighting device (400) is mounted in the socket, wherein the base bottom conductor (103, 203, 311) comprises a compliant thin-walled member (105, 205, 308) arranged such that the base bottom conductor (103, 203, 311) is, relative to the enclosure (102), movable in the axial direction in response to engagement with the socket bottom conductor when the lighting device (400) is mounted in the socket. The present invention also relates to a lighting device (400) comprising the base.

Abstract:
A festoon lamp holder has a base (2) provided with recesses (13 and 14) either side of probes (8). A cap (3) permanently fits to the base (2) to provide a water-tight seal with an electrical cable (not shown) passing in use through the holder. Power is provided from the cable conductors via feed-throughs (6 and 7) for a bulb (12). A globe (24) surrounds the bulb (12) and provided with seals (26, 27) forms a gas-tight chamber for the bulb (12).
Abstract:
A shunt and support device for lighting elements, in particular low-voltage electric installations, comprises a main box-shaped body (2), a substantially tubular element (10) disposed within the main body (2) and adapted to define a through housing for a rod-like element (12) having a pair of longitudinal electric conductors (13) on the surface thereof, an auxiliary box-shaped body (3) rotatably engaged to the main box-shaped body (2) and provided with a support connection (4) for said lighting elements, first means (5) for locking the auxiliary box-shaped (3) to the main box-shaped body (2) according to an orientation at an angle to be set at will, and second locking means (21) adapted to lock the main box-shaped body (2) to the rod-like element (12).
Abstract:
Abstract:
Improvements to electrical connections are described, consisting of a connector whose cross-section is shaped like the Greek letter omega and which is particularly suitable for connecting two bodies with a round or polygonal cross-section, as well as an electrical terminal in flexible conducting material, constituted on one side by a flexible lamellar terminal and a flexible contact on the other, in which the part conformed as a flexible terminal serves as an anchoring point to a round or polygonal cross-section conductor, while the part conformed as a flexible contact serves to grip the metal pin of a two-pin bulb. The flexible contact has two holes in opposed positions, through which one of the two metal pins of the bulb is inserted. Thus this invention is constituted by the combination of the two principal parts, combined together into a single continuous body which is a conductor of electricity.
