    Abstract: A mobile terminal and a broadcast controlling method by using detachable identification device are provided to control the broadcast purchase and watching operation by using the mobile terminal. A terminal(100) includes a wireless communications unit(110), an A/V(Audio/Video) input unit(120), a manipulation part(130), a sensing part(140), an output part(150), a storage(160), an interface unit(170), a controller(180) and a power supply unit(190). The sensing part senses the current state of the terminal and generates the sensing signal for controlling the operation of the terminal. The identification device is attached from the terminal. The identification device is replaced from the second identification device to the first identification device. The controller sets up the set broadcast usage right level of the terminal by using the first identification device.
