Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low noise amplifier having a receiver with a simple configuration, and capable of suppressing deterioration in an input dynamic range of the amplifier even when a signal of a large level is input, and providing a desired signal-to-noise ratio excellent in linearity.
SOLUTION: A plurality of feedback resisters RN1-RNn and analog switches ASW1-ASWn for selecting anyone from the plurality of feedback resisters are provided. Then, gain control is performed by selecting anyone from the feedback resisters, and a drain current of an input transistor N1 becomes constant, while open loop gain is not changed even if switching of the feedback resisters RN1-RNn is performed. Thereby, deterioration in an input dynamic range is suppressed and linearity is improved. In addition, an input impedance is set to a desired value by selection of the feedback resisters RN-RNn and a matching circuit using an LC circuit is made unnecessary.
