PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To multilaterally present a situation during the occurrence of river flooding in the form of an intuitively graspable manner. SOLUTION: Three-dimensional model data representing a three-dimensional model of a geographical area to be a target and a three-dimensional terrain model 23 are provided. A scenery obtained by observing from a set viewpoint the three-dimensional model represented by three-dimensional model data arranged in a virtual three-dimensional world is displayed while raising a water level in the virtual three-dimensional world with the elapse of time (b2 and b3). In synchronization with this, an area 303 on the terrain model 23, on which color representing water and an image pattern having a design are projected by a projector 22 is expanded so as to be matched with an area where the three-dimensional model goes below the surface of water in the virtual three-dimensional world (a2 and a3). SOLUTION: The heat shrinkable film of the present invention comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on at least one surface of a heat shrinkable substrate, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive having a glass transition temperature of -30°C or more and has a preferable thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in a range of 0.1 to 20 μm. SOLUTION: The recording material is constituted by laminating a surface layer 3, which contains a modified urethane resin and an inorganic pigment, on the matte surface of a base material 1 of which one side is at least made matte so that the adhesion amount thereof is 10-400 g/m 2 . The base material 1 may comprise a material obtained by providing a matte layer 2 on the surface of a support 11 or a material obtained by directly matting the surface of the support 11 by a sand blasting method or a chemical etching method.
