Abstract:
A method of providing services to a vehicle and a micro base station applicable to a vehicle. The micro base station is disposed on the vehicle and is connected to the core network and the mobile communication device, either with different or the same wireless communication techniques. The mobile communication device is then enabled to communicate with the core network according to a connection relation between the first wireless communication technique and the core network. With the micro base station and the method of providing services to the vehicle, chances of performing a handshaking process between the communication device installed on the vehicle and the core network base station are greatly reduced, and the stability of signals received by the mobile communication device is highly improved. Therefore, the communication quality between the mobile communication device and the core network is enhanced.
Abstract:
A waterproofing test device tests waterproofing performance of a unit under test (UUT). The UUT has thereon a test recess and an aperture. The aperture is hermetically sealed with a gas-permeable waterproof element. The waterproofing test device includes a carrying jig, a water-supplying unit, and a pressure-applying unit. The carrying jig carries the UUT and has a hermetic sealing portion and a gas-discharging through-hole disposed within the hermetic sealing portion. The water-supplying unit is disposed in the carrying jig and provided with a water outlet corresponding in position to the aperture of the UUT. The pressure-applying unit provides internal negative pressure for the UUT by discharging gas therefrom and tests internal pressure of the UUT. Further provided is a waterproofing test method for use with the device. Given the device and method, a waterproofing performance test can be performed on a UUT with an aperture or fissure by gas discharging.
Abstract:
A method for parking a mobile communication apparatus of a femtocell base station and applicable to a communication network including a core of an apparatus network, the femtocell base station, and the mobile communication apparatus. The femtocell base station obtains a RRC connection request of an international mobile station identity (IMSI) of the mobile communication apparatus and compares the obtained IMSI with the IMSIs in a mobile communication apparatus authority list created in the femtocell base station. Once the mobile communication apparatus enters a communication area covered by the femtocell base station, the femtocell base station will determine whether the mobile communication apparatus is authorized to park the communication area or not . Unauthorized subscribers are rejected before the femtocell base station is established the communication relation with the core of the apparatus network, thereby saving network resource and speeding up rejection.
