Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pattern for arranging/adhering and keeping line stones, which pattern can decrease labor and shorten work time by making easy the work of arranging line stones on a predetermined positions based on given information, the work of adhering/keeping the stones with a adhesive tape and the work of adhering/fixing the stones e.g. on the optional positions of clothes, and which pattern is devised so that even a visually handicapped can perform the adhering work. SOLUTION: The line stones are arranged in plural holes of the pattern for arranging line stones, the pattern for adhering and keeping line stones is laid on the pattern for arranging line stones, the line stones, which are fit in plural holes and project through plural through-holes, are adhered/kept with an adhering tape, the pattern for adhering and keeping line stones is set on an adherend part, an ultrasonic adhesive machine is guided by a guide part and a guide element to be positioned on the upper side of the adhering tape, and line stones are adhered on the adherend part by ultrasonic. SOLUTION: The sliding device for arranging line stones comprises a case body having at least opening at one end, and a flexible cap attached so as to cover the opening of the case body. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide picking equipment allowing quick taking out of parts with simple structure. SOLUTION: The picking equipment is provided with a plurality of shelves with a plurality of article storing parts, shelf side wireless units installed in the respective shelves, display units installed in the respective article storing parts provided on the shelves and wire-connected to the shelf side wireless units, a moving table movably installed therein, and a moving table side wireless unit installed in the moving table. A display unit designating signal for designating a prescribed display unit is outputted from the moving table side wireless unit while the moving table is moved. The shelf side wireless units receive the display unit designating signal to output it to all display units provided on its own shelf by wire. The display units determine whether the inputted display unit designating signal designates the own display unit, and when designating the own display unit, the designation is displayed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an etching method of a silicon substrate and an etching device for the silicon substrate, which permit high-quality etching by effectively separating/removing bubbles generated/adhered upon etching. SOLUTION: In the etching method of the silicon substrate 13 wherein etching is effected by immersing the silicon substrate 13 with a mask in solution 9, bubbles generated in and adhering to the silicon substrate are separated/removed by supplying air into the etching solution 9 to agitate with air and, at the same time, the bubbles generated in and adhering to the silicon substrate are separated/removed by applying ultrasonic vibration into the etching solution 9. This device is constituted so as to employ both of air agitation and ultrasonic vibration whereby the bubbles generated/adhering upon the etching can be effectively separated/removed by the etching method and the etching device for the silicon substrate 13.
