PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device which prevents a webbing from twisting during the operation of a reacher.SOLUTION: A seat belt device 100 includes: a retractor 114 which retracts one end 112 of a webbing 110 hung in a vertical direction at a passenger compartment thereby applying tensile force to the webbing; and a long reacher 118 which has a base end part 118b which is rotatably supported by a lower part of the passenger compartment and tilts to a vehicle fore-and-aft direction with an area near the base end part set as the center. The reacher includes a rotation support part 120, which holds the other end 116 of the webbing so that the other end may rotate in the vehicle fore-and-aft direction relative to the reacher, at its tip 118a.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a through anchor and a seat belt device that can prevent rust from depositing on webbing, while enabling molding of the through anchor.SOLUTION: A seat belt device 100 is attached to the wall in a vehicle cabin, and includes a through anchor 170 for folding back a belt-shaped webbing 150 coming from a retractor 160 to a vehicle interior side. The through anchor has: insert metal fittings 200 formed of a through hole 206 with the webbing inserted therethrough; a coating resin layer 202 molded on the surface of the insert metal fittings and integrated with the insert metal fittings; and holes 212, 220 that are cut out until the coating resin layer reaches the surface of the insert metal fittings at the position opposed across the insert metal fittings. The holes have an opening 222 formed on the surface of the coating resin layer, and a bottom 224 exposing the surface of the insert metal fittings and having an exposed portion smaller than the opening.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain air bag device that can maintain assemblability of an inflator, while maintaining air tightness and durability in the vicinity of an inflator mounting part.SOLUTION: An airbag includes: a cushion part 102 that is bag-shaped and is inflated and deployed by receiving gas; a cylindrical inflator for supplying the gas to the cushion part 102; and an inflator mounting part 124 comprising a base fabric formed in a tubular form, having an opening part 126 inserted with the inflator at one end of the mounting part 124, and having the another end which is connected with the cushion part 102. The inflator mounting part 124 has connection sections 134a, 134b forming a tubular form which connects from the opening part 126 to the cushion part 102 with the base fabric. Resin layers 128a, 128b of the connection sections 134a, 134b are provided so as to extend in the outside direction when viewed from the center line C1 of a diameter of the inflator mounting part 124 in the vicinity of the opening part 126.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt retractor which can prevent generation of backlashes even when gaps are generated between balls of a pretensioner.SOLUTION: A piston 55 included in a driving device 51 of a pretensioner is press-fitted on the inner peripheral surface of a tube 52, allowing movement by the action of gas pressure from a gas generator 53. A spring 59 is interposed between the piston and balls to prevent backlashes between the balls and between the piston and the balls.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side airbag device capable of further improving the occupant restraint performance.SOLUTION: An airbag device includes: an airbag 106 which utilizes a gas from an inflator 114 and inflates and expands at the lateral side of a vehicle seat 104; a belt 116 where one end is connected with an upper part of a seat back 104a and the other end is connected with a seat cushion 104b, the belt 116 which is installed along side surfaces of the seat back 104a and the seat cushion 104b passing through the outer side of the airbag 106 and receives a tensile force applied when the airbag 106 is inflated and expanded; a link mechanism 130 which moves a position that the other end of the belt 116 is connected with the seat cushion 104b in a vehicle longitudinal direction in conjunction with the reclining operation of the seat cushion 104b. In the link mechanism 130, the position of the other end of the belt 116 moves to the vehicle rear side as a reclining angle of the seat back 104a becomes larger.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device capable of easily assembling an end block provided at an end part of a cable to a hole portion, and improving productivity.SOLUTION: In a seat belt retractor 11, a pulley 73 provided on a posture control mechanism 70 has a hole portion 73c formed at an intermediate portion between a rotation center C1 of the pulley 73 and an outer peripheral surface; a coupling groove portion 73d continuously extending from the hole portion 73c toward the outer peripheral surface, and formed on one side surface in a plate thickness direction of the pulley 73; and a cable winding groove 73b connecting from the coupling groove portion 73d, and formed on the outer peripheral surface. On a cross section orthogonal to the extending direction of the coupling groove portion 73d, a cross-sectional area of the hole portion 73c is larger than a cross-sectional area of the coupling groove portion 73d. The hole portion 73c penetrate in the plate thickness direction of the pulley 73 to lock an end block 13a provided at an end part of the cable 13.

The on-vehicle circuit board housing 100 comprises: a metal foundation member 102 on which an on-vehicle circuit board is placed; and a resin cover member 104 which covers the on-vehicle circuit board and is assembled to the foundation member. The foundation member comprises: a rectangular bottom surface part 108; and a frame 110 which is erected around the bottom surface part and forms a cavity 140 with the bottom surface part. A distance between the bottom surface part of the foundation member and the on-vehicle circuit board is approximately 5.5 mm, or equal to or more than 5.5 mm.

First and second slopes as shaft side engaging parts are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the clutch shaft 41, and an engaging part as a spring side engaging part engageable with the first and second slopes is formed on the clutch spring 42.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device capable of preventing jamming in an emergency of a vehicle without hindering pulling-out and winding-up of a webbing in normal use.SOLUTION: A seat belt device is a seat belt device including a through-anchor 170 turning back a belt-like webbing 150 mounted to a wall in a cabin and extending from a retractor to the vehicle inside. The through-anchor includes an insertion hole 206 for allowing the webbing to be inserted therethrough and a sliding section 208 located at a lower edge of the insertion hole and allowing the webbing to slide thereon while being in contact therewith. The sliding section includes a first member 210 forming projections 210a-210d and recesses 211a-211e which are repeated in the longitudinal direction of the insertion hole along a lower edge of the insertion hole, and a second member 212 covering the first member. The second member includes a plurality of through-holes 212a-212d exposing the projections to be flush with the second member. Spaces 214a-214e are provided between the recesses of the first member and the second member.
