Abstract:
PURPOSE: An environmentally friendly high function board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have surface smoothness, anti-scratch, abrasion resistance, transparency, chemical resistance, resistance to solvents, lightproof, allosteric and high polishing properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environmentally friendly high function board comprises the following steps: preparing an imitation wood board; pre-heating the imitation wood board with a surface temperature of 40-60 deg. Celsius; welding a film in which a pattern is printed on the upper side of the preheated board; forming a primer layer by coating the upper side of the welded film layer with the primer composition; forming a UV coating layer by coating the upper surface of the primer layer with UV coating liquid with a thickness of 70-150 micrometers; and drying the same. The imitation wood includes natural vegetable fiber powder, a synthetic resin, a binder, and an additive. PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly high function veneer board manufacturing method and high function sliced veneer thereof are provided to prevent the discharge of toxic gas by obtaining the incombustibility of a high function sliced veneer. CONSTITUTION: An artificial wood board is arranged. A sliced veneer is attached on the surface of the arranged board. UV(Ultra Violet) coating solution is sprayed on the surface of the sliced veneer. Primer composite is sprayed on the surface of the created UV lower layer. Second UV coating solution is sprayed on the surface of the generated primer layer. An upper layer is formed. PURPOSE: A power generator is provided to prevent iron loss and friction loss by removing a rectifier and a brush. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic switch(100) switches by using the repulsive force. An electromagnet(200) serves as the main power source of a rotator by rotating a ferromagnetic material iron core. A battery(300) supplies an exciting current to a main generator(400). A DC generator(600) supplies a current combined the DC with the AC to the main generator and a controller(500). A condenser(700) stores the electricity inputted through the controller. The condenser supplies a current to the electromagnet and the battery.
