Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차용 스톱 램프 조립 구조에 관한 것으로 브레이크 페달을 가압함과 동시에 점등되는 램프가 장착된 스톱램프하우징(10)과, 상기 스톱램프하우징(10)이 장착 고정되는 장착구멍(21)이 뚫려진 테일게이트의 아웃터판넬(20)과, 상기 아웃터판넬(20) 내측으로 소정의 간격을 두고 구비되어 상기 스톱램프하우징(10)의 후면을 지지하여 고정시키는 인너판넬(30)로 구성된 것에 있어서, 상기 스톱램프하우징(10)의 후면에는 단부에 걸림턱(71)이 돌출된 걸림부(70)가 구비되고, 상기 인너판넬(30)에는 상기 걸림부(70)가 삽입되는 삽입구멍(32)이 뚫려지고 이 삽입구멍(32)의 일 측에 걸림부(70)의 걸림턱(71)이 걸리는 걸림구멍(33)이 뚫려져 상기 걸림부(70)를 상기 삽입구멍(32)에 삽입한 후 걸림구멍(33)으로 이동시켜 이 걸림구멍(33)에 걸림턱(71)이 걸려지게 됨 으로써 스톱램프하우징(10)이 아웃터판넬(20)에 간단히 조립되고, 분해 시에는 반대로 걸림구멍(33)에 끼워진 걸림부(70)를 삽입구멍(32)으로 이동시켜 간단히 분해할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
따라서 스톱램프를 테일게이트의 외장형으로 장착할 경우 및 스톱램프의 수리 및 교체를 위해 분해할 경우에 그 작업 편의성을 증대시킬 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 스톱램프하우징(10)이 별도의 마운팅브라켓트 없이 테일게이트의 아웃터판넬에 간단히 장착, 분해 되므로 부품수를 줄여 제조원가를 절감하고, 차체 중량을 줄일 수 있는 것이다.
그러므로 제조 시 차량의 생산 효율 및 AS 편의성, 차량의 상품성을 증대시킬 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.

CONSTITUTION: A brake lamp(10) having an outer reflector(14) installed on the outside of an inner lens(13) is composed of an inner reflector(30) reflecting light to the inside of the inner lens installed with the outer reflector. The inner reflector cuts the inside of the inner lens by Fresnel, wherein the surface is deposited with aluminum. In additional, the inner reflector reflects the light of a bulb(11) to a reflecting mirror(12) and the inside of the inner lens excepting for the inner reflector radiates the light reflected from the reflecting mirror to the outside.

Thereby, the room lamp mounting structure of the vehicle prevents a wrinkle and a gap between the headline and lamp body. Moreover, the room lamp mounting structure of the vehicle improves productivity by reinforcing endurance.
