Abstract: PURPOSE: A ratchet wheel apparatus is provided to enable a turning force to transfer in one way with a simple structure by omitting a spring inside. CONSTITUTION: A ratchet wheel apparatus(100) comprises a pawl(120) and a holding portion(140). The pawl is extended by being bent from an inner periphery of a driving shaft(110) towards a lengthwise driving shaft(130). The holding portion is formed on an outer periphery of the lengthwise driving shaft. The holding portion is connected to each pawl. The holding portion enables the pawl to be connected to both directions of a gear(142). The holding portion is closely located with a self-elasticity structure whereby a plurality of pawls is bent. The gear individually forms vertical surfaces(142a,142b) on both sides.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An electric blind system with a gear shifting function is provided to enable a user to conveniently wind and unwind a blind fabric by rotating a motor in forward and reverse directions using a remote controller. CONSTITUTION: An electric blind system(100) with a gear shifting function comprises a drive unit(110), a driven unit(130), and a speed control unit(150). The drive unit has a motor(105) and a drive gear. The drive gear is installed on the rotary shaft of the motor. The driven unit is installed on one side of a winding roll(R) in which a blind fabric is wound, and one of multiple driven gears with different diameters is installed thereon. The speed control unit is in gear with the drive unit and the driven unit and controls rotation speed transferred from the drive gear to the driven gear.
