CONSTITUTION: A base is arranged in the attachment surface(C) interlinking the front and rear cover(C1,C2). A first bonding body is formed on the top of the base. A first hook is formed on the top of the first bonding body into one body and faces the direction of one side. PICS member(10) comprises a plurality of formed first hook projections. A hook hole is combined to the first bonding body so that sliding is possible and the first hook projection is penetrated. A slider member(20) is formed in the second bonding body and the upper part of the second bonding body and comprises a plurality of second hook projections in which the second hook, facing the other side direction, is formed.
