Abstract: 플래시 메모리의 구조 및 그 제조 방법이 개시된다. 플래시 메모리의 셀 트랜지스터는 2개의 제어 게이트들을 가진다. 2개의 제어 게이트들은 게이트간 유전막 상에 형성되며, 서로 이격된 거리를 두고 배치된다. 제어 게이트 각각에 인가되는 프로그램 전압의 인가 시간에 의해 각각의 제어 게이트는 4개의 상태를 설정한다. 이를 통해 하나의 제어 게이트는 2 비트의 데이터를 프로그램할 수 있다. 따라서, 2개의 제어 게이트들을 가지는 셀 트랜지스터에서는 4 비트의 프로그램 동작이 가능해진다. 읽기 동작 시에는 2개의 제어 게이트들중 하나를 선택하여 2 비트 데이터에 대한 읽기 동작을 수행하고, 나머지 제어 게이트에 대해서도 2 비트 데이테에 대한 읽기 동작을 수행한다.

Abstract: An air conditioner is provided to prevent movement failure in advance by including a movement operation step during operation of the compressor so as to normally locate a flow path conversion member of a four direction valve. An air conditioner comprises a compressor(10), a plurality of suction pipes(11,12), a bypass pipe(24), a four direction valve(20) and a controller. The compressor includes a plurality of compression chambers(10a,10b). The plurality of the suction pipes transfer refrigerant to the compression chambers, respectively.
