본 발명은 탈취수단을 구비한 세탁기 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 기능수를 이용하여 탈취대상물의 냄새를 탈취할 수 있는 탈취수단을 구비한 세탁기 및 그 제어방법을 제공함에 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 다른 목적은 세탁과정에 독립하여 탈취를 할 수 있는 탈취수단을 구비한 세탁기 및 그 제어방법을 제공함에 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 세탁수를 담는 수조와, 상기 수조의 내부에 회전가능하도록 설치된 세탁조와, 탈취를 위한 기능수를 생성하는 기능수 제조장치와, 상기 기능수를 전달받아 가열하는 가열탱크와, 상기 가열탱크에서 가열된 기능수를 상기 세탁조에 공급하는 기능수 공급관을 포함한다.

터브와 드럼 및 세제공급장치를 구비한 드럼세탁기에 있어서, 상기 세제공급장치와 제 1배관에 의해 연결되는 순환펌프와, 상기 순환펌프와 제 2배관에 의해 연결되는 세제용해조와, 상기 세제용해조에서 세제용액을 상기 드럼 내로 투입할 수 있는 제 3배관을 구비하며, 순환펌프와 세제용해조 사이에 세제용액 순환유로인 제 4배관을 구비하고, 제 2배관과 세제용해조의 연결부위에는 와류발생부재가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 세탁기를 제공한다. 세제의 용해도를 현저히 개선함으로써 세탁력을 향상시키고 세제의 남용을 방지하며, 환경오염과 인체에 해로운 점을 방지하는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 스팀과 온수의 공급을 통해 세탁수를 가열할 수 있는 드럼세탁기를 개시한 것이다. 개시한 드럼세탁기는 세탁수를 담수하며 입구가 전방을 향하도록 형성된 수조와, 수조의 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되고 입구가 전방을 향하도록 형성되며 둘레에 다수의 통공이 형성된 회전드럼과, 회전드럼을 구동하는 구동장치와, 스팀을 발생시킬 수 있도록 소정량의 물을 수용하는 가열탱크와, 가열탱크의 물을 가열하는 히터와, 수조 및 가열탱크로 물을 공급하는 급수장치와, 가열탱크 내부의 스팀을 수조로 안내하도록 입구가 가열탱크에 연결되고 출구가 회전드럼의 둘레와 후면 중 적어도 한 쪽을 향하는 방향으로 수조에 연결된 스팀공급관과, 스팀공급관을 개폐하는 스팀공급밸브를 포함하는 것이다. 이러한 드럼세탁기는 수조의 내부로 스팀과 온수의 공급을 통해 세탁수의 온도를 빠르게 상승시켜 전체적인 세탁시간을 줄일 수 있고 세탁수의 사용량을 줄일 수 있으며 스팀이 세탁물에 직접 분사되지 않도록 하여 세탁물의 변형을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

세탁기 및 그 제어 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명은 수조 내부의 세탁수와 세탁물을 스팀 공급을 통해 가열함으로써 세탁수 및 세탁물의 온도를 빠르게 상승시켜 전체 세탁 시간을 단축시키고 세탁수의 사용량 및 세탁수의 가열에 따른 에너지 소비량을 감소시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명에 따른 세탁기는 회전조와 스팀 발생 장치, 제어부를 포함한다. 회전조는 회전 가능하도록 설치되며 세탁물을 수용하고, 스팀 발생 장치는 급수되는 물을 가열하여 스팀을 발생시킨다. 제어부는 회전조 내부의 세탁물이 원심력에 의해 회전조 내부면에 밀착되어 낙하하지 않도록 회전조를 고속으로 회전시키고, 회전조가 고속으로 회전하는 동안 스팀 발생 장치에서 발생한 스팀을 회전조 내부로 공급하여 회전조의 내부 및 의류의 온도가 상승하도록 제어한다.

PURPOSE: A non-detergent washing machine and a washing method using the same are provided to execute washing and sterilization steps in one washing tub, to improve washing efficiency by injecting or circulating forcibly the water through a nozzle, and to save the water by using electro-analysis water for a rinsing step. CONSTITUTION: A non-detergent washing machine is composed of a washing tub(11) into which articles to be cleaned are put; an electrolyzing unit(18) for electrolyzing the water contained in the washing tub; a circulation unit for circulating the water; and a purifying unit for purifying the water. The purifying unit is positioned at a purifying unit connection pipe(38) for linking different spots of the pipe through which the water is circulated. The purifying unit purifies the water only in a rinsing step by the operation of a passage switch valve(30) installed at the spot where the purifying unit connection pipe is branched off.

PURPOSE: A drum-type washing machine having a rotary pulsator is provided to aid a lifter by a installing the pulsator in the rear side of a drum, to maximize washing power by a laundry-twist power, and to reduce the washing time and the consumption of detergent. CONSTITUTION: A drum-type washing machine is composed of a tub for storing the water; a drum rotatively installed in the tub to receive the laundry therein; at least one pulsator(20) mounted rotatively in the drum; and a rotation inducing unit(29) for turning the pulsator by rotary power of the drum. The rotation inducing unit comprises a ring gear(17) disposed in the tub and a pinion(23) engaged with the ring gear. The pulsator has a rotary plate(21) for turning in the drum and a rotary shaft(22) for connecting the rotary plate and the pinion.

PURPOSE: A method for controlling speed of a disk drive is provided to control results of a transmitted command and an allowable high speed of the disk drive according to a disk format, based on a transmission period of the command, thereby reducing unnecessary high-speed driving of the disk drive. CONSTITUTION: If a request command is received from a host computer(301), a disk drive checks whether a reasonable check mode for a high speed is set(302). Otherwise, the disk drive sets the reasonable check mode for the high speed(303), and detects gaps between a receiving completion time of a previously received command and a receiving start time of the currently received command(304). A controller of the disk drive checks whether the detected gaps are more than a preset time(305). If so, the controller checks whether the same gaps are periodically generated(306). If so, the controller decides that an operation mode of the host computer does not have to be operated at high speed. The controller downward sets the allowable high speed of the disk drive(307), and returns to the first step.

PURPOSE: A control method of a washing machine is provided to improve washing efficiency, to restrict the laundry from being entangled and to withdraw the laundry conveniently by vibrating a washboard and rotating a dehydrating tub alternately. CONSTITUTION: The laundry and detergent are put into a dehydrating tub, and a driving motor is stopped after finishing detecting the weight of the laundry according to measurement time(S101-S102). Washing water is supplied to a water tub by opening a feed valve(S103), and the dehydrating tub is rotated at low speed by rotating the driving motor(S104). Water supply is decided corresponding to the water level(S105), and the dehydrating tub is stopped in finishing feeding water(S106). Wobbling is performed by vibrating a washboard up and down, and water and detergent are circulated up by pumping(S107). The dehydrating tub is rotated with rotating the washboard, and the laundry, water and detergent are circulated by pumping(S108). A control unit decides the end of washing by a timer, and drains water through a drain hose by opening a drain valve(S109-S110). The control unit decides the end of drainage according to the water level, and keeps the leveling position of the washboard in finishing draining(S111-S112). Washing efficiency is improved, and creases are reduced by vibrating the washboard and rotating the dehydrating tub alternately.

CONSTITUTION: In a washing machine having a laundry shaft and a wobbling device(20) combined with the laundry shaft to wash the laundry with wobbling motions, the wobbling device is composed of an inclined rotary shaft(22) inclined to an axial direction of the laundry shaft in a predetermined angle; a first rotary member(30) rotating with the laundry shaft and having a first inclined surface(31) inclined for a radial direction of the laundry shaft with a predetermined angle; a second rotary member(40) performing a relative rotation for the first rotary member and having a second inclined surface(41) corresponding to the first inclined surface and a hollow part axially formed to house the inclined rotary shaft to rotate; a laundry plate(60) wobbling when the second rotary member rotates to a first rotational direction and the laundry plate leveled when the second rotary member rotates to a second rotational direction; and a clutch(100) preventing the second rotary member from rotating together with the first rotary member by constraining the second rotary member when the laundry plate is converted from a leveling position to a wobbling position.

PURPOSE: A washing machine and a method for controlling the same are provided to prevent the oxidation of clothing while improving the washing efficiency with reduced water consumption by circulating water in a heating tub by a circulation pump. CONSTITUTION: A washing machine includes a heating tub for receiving clothing and water, a heating part for heating the water in the heating tub, a circulation pump for circulating the water in the heating tub, a main body cabinet(10) for receiving and supporting the heating tub and opened at a top part, a door(14) mounted to the opened top part of the main body cabinet for opening or closing the opening part, a control part for controlling the heating part and the circulation pump for carrying out the heating for a predetermined time period and for controlling the operation time of the circulation pump, and a manipulation part(32) for selecting a washing course according to the materials of the clothing.
