PURPOSE: A maintenance device used for an ink jet printer is provided to improve the reliability of the ink jet printer by preventing an ink spraying nozzle of a printer head from clogging due to compressed air introduced into the ink spraying nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A maintenance device includes a housing(101) coupled to a main frame of an ink jet printer. A capping member(110) is installed in the housing(101). The capping member(110) has a pair of caps(116) for sealing a surface of an ink spraying nozzle of a printer head(102). A wiping member(120) having a wiper(124) is arranged in the housing(101) so as to wipe the surface of the ink spraying nozzle of the printer head(102). The capping member(110) includes a movable rotary member(112). The cap(116) is fixed to a cap holder. The wiping member(120) includes a horizontal moving member(122) on which the wiper(124) is installed.

PURPOSE: A paper feeding apparatus used in a printer is provided to prevent papers from being erroneously fed into the printer by minimizing variation of vertical force applied to a pickup roller depending on height of papers. CONSTITUTION: A paper feeding apparatus includes a first link assembly(43), a second link assembly(45), a pickup roller(47), a supporting arm(49) and a paper feeding cassette(20). The first link assembly(43) includes four gears(43a,43b,43c,43d) placed on a first link. A driving gear(43a) is coupled to a pickup shaft(41) so that the driving gear(43a) rotates together with the pickup shaft(41), thereby transferring rotational torque to a driven gear(43d) through intermediate gears(43b,43c). The pickup shaft(41) is connected to a driving source installed in a printer body. The second link assembly(45) includes three gears(45b,45c) placed on a second link.

디지털 신호를 처리하기 위한 부품 회로는, 연속된 디지털 데이터 패턴들의 급격한 변화로 인한 전력소비 및 EMI의 증가 그리고 누화 및 노이즈의 발생을 막기 위해, 입력된 제 1 데이터 패턴을 제 1 데이터 패턴과 다른 제 2 데이터 패턴으로 변환한다. 제 2 데이터 패턴은 해당 부품 회로에 의해 처리된다. 해당 부품 회로에 의한 데이터 처리의 완료 후 제 2 데이터 패턴은 다시 제 1 데이터 패턴으로 복원되고 그리고 복원된 패턴이 부품 회로의 외부로 출력된다. 이와 같은 부품 회로는 특히 화상 표시 장치에서 사용되기에 적합하다.

PURPOSE: A flat panel display with a characteristic of low power consumption is provided to prevent an increase of power consumption and EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference) due to extreme changes of digital image data patterns. CONSTITUTION: An input conversion circuit(110) is formed with input logic circuits(112A,112B,112C) and input logic circuits(114C,114A,114B). The input conversion circuit(110) is used for converting the first digital image data pattern to the second digital image pattern. An input selection circuit(120) is formed with 2x1 multiplexers(122). Selection terminals(S) of the 2x1 multiplexers(122) are connected commonly with switch selection signals of a timing control portion. A signal processing circuit(130) is used for processing R, G, and B image data received from the input conversion circuit(110) and the input selection circuit(120). An output conversion circuit(140) is used for converting the second digital image data pattern to the first digital image data pattern. An output selection circuit(150) is formed with 2x1 multiplexers(152,154,156).

PURPOSE: An LCD device for transmitting data using a panel line is provided to form an LCD device for transmitting data by using a glass line of an LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: An LCD device has an LCD panel(6). A plurality of source drive circuits and a plurality of gate drive circuits(10) are formed on one side of the LCD panel(6). The LCD device includes a data line(14). The gate drive circuit(10) is connected with the LCD panel(6). The data line(14) is formed on the LCD panel(6). The data line(14) is used for transmitting data the gate drive circuit(10). The gate drive circuit(10) includes a gate IC(Integrated Circuit)(12). The drive IC(12) is connected with the LCD panel(6) by the data line(14). The data line(14) transmits the data by using a digital interface of RSDS(Reduced Switching Differential Signaling) and the LCD panel(6).

PURPOSE: A display device for displaying compressed image data is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost of the display device and form the display device for displaying efficiently image data by improving a structure of the display device. CONSTITUTION: A main system(52) is used for compressing image data displayed by an image compression circuit(53). The image data compressed by the image compression circuit(53) are transmitted to a display unit(60) by using cable such as a USB or an RS-232C. A buffer(61) is used for receiving the compressed image data. An image recovery circuit(63) is decompressing the compressed image data stored in a memory(62). A time difference controller(67) is used for controlling display timing of the decompressed image data. A display(68) is used for displaying the decompressed data according to a control operation of the time difference controller(67).

PURPOSE: A display unit of a flat display device is provided to prevent noise and electromagnetic wave and interference between lines without any additional parts, wherein the timing margin is assured and the superficial area of a control board is reduced so that the flat display device is slimmed. CONSTITUTION: A display unit of a flat display device is coupled with a control board stacking a liquid crystal panel and parts by a connector for stacking a column drive integrated circuit(IC) physically and electrically, and the control board is formed in the multi-layered structure and has a top layer formed with lines(50) for transmitting data to the column drive IC by reduced swing differential signaling(RSDS), a layer below the top layer formed with a ground panel(52), a layer on a bottom layer formed with lines(54) for applying signals for gray voltages and power, and the bottom layer formed with a pad(56) for electric connection with a tape carrier package mounted with the column drive, wherein the respective layers are interposed by insulation resin layers(58,60,62).

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device with an information processing function is provided to perform all kinds of function of a desktop computer by installing an information processing module in extra space. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device(501) consists of a front case(100) of rectangular frame shape, a rear case(200), a liquid crystal display module(300), and an information processing module(400). A bedplate(20) is attached to the bottom of the front case through a hinge(10). The interior region of the rectangular frame of the front case is an actual display region. The liquid crystal display module comprises a liquid crystal display panel(330), a tape carrier package(315,317), a source printed circuit board(320), a liquid crystal display panel driver(360), and a light feeder(370). The liquid crystal display panel consists of a TFT(thin film transistor) board(331), a liquid crystal, and a color filter board(332). By using the TFT board, since a conventional gate printed circuit board is eliminated from the liquid crystal display device, an extra space is formed between a rear side of the liquid crystal display module and the rear case. Therefore, it is possible to install the information processing module of small size in the extra space.

PURPOSE: An optical cable is provided to convey an optical signal and an electric signal(analog signal) and the voltage to an appointed system only with an optical cable. CONSTITUTION: An optical cable(100) includes an optical fiber(115), a bunch(110) of optical fibers(115), a conductive cable(120) and a conductive covering(130). The bunch(110) of optical fibers(115) is formed with uniting optical fibers(115) of hundreds of strands and sends the optical signal converted through the optical diode. The conductive cable(120) is formed with the type of a pipe, the center of which is hollow, and sends the power, which is not converted into the optical signal, and the electric signal as the analog signal. The conductive covering(130) protects the bunch(110) of optical fibers(115) and the conductive cable(120) from the outside.
