PURPOSE: A compound is provided to improve the efficiency of an organic electronic element, reduce the driving power thereof, increase the life time, and improve stability when applying to the organic electronic element as an organic electroluminescence panel. CONSTITUTION: A compound is in the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, Ar1-Ar4 is respectively and independently substituted or unsubstituted C5-C40 aromatic hydrocarbon group, or substituted or unsubstituted C3-60 heterocyclic group. Cz is the functional group of chemical formula 1-a. L is a connector independently selected from substituted or unsubstituted arylene group, substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylene group, tetravalent or greater substituted or unsubstituted aliphatic hydrocarbon. An organic electronic device comprises one or more organic material layer, which includes the compound.

CONSTITUTION: A compound containing 5-membered heterocycles is denoted by chemical formulas 1-6. An organic electric device contains one or more organic layers containing the compound with the 5-membered heterocycles. The compound forms the organic layers by a solution process.
