Abstract: The mixture of perfluoroalkylethylacrylate, stearil metha acrylate, vinylidene chloride, N-methylolacryl amide, polyoxyethylene lauril eter, stearil trimethylammoniumchloride, acetate, distilled water, azobisisobuthylamidine bihydrochloric acid salt and i,1,1-trichloroethylene, are fed into the pressure reactor which is attached with a temperature adjusting device and an agitator, and which is made of a glass. The mixture is stirred up and nitrogen substitution is made for 30 minutes. The temperature of the reactive solution is risen to 60 degree C and polymer processing is made for 15 hours, cooled off and a water dispersion type fluorine group water repelling agent in which 20% solid substance is included is produced.

Abstract translation: 将丙烯酸全氟烷基乙基酯，丙烯酸硬脂醇酯，偏二氯乙烯，N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺，聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯，硬脂基三甲基氯化铵，乙酸酯，蒸馏水，偶氮二异丁苯胺，二盐酸盐和i，1,1-三氯乙烯的混合物进料到压力反应器 附有温度调节装置和搅拌器，并且由玻璃制成。 将混合物搅拌并进行氮置换30分钟。 反应溶液的温度上升到60℃，聚合物加工15小时，冷却，生成含有20％固体的水分散型氟类防水剂。
