Abstract:
The mixture of perfluoroalkylethylacrylate, stearil metha acrylate, vinylidene chloride, N-methylolacryl amide, polyoxyethylene lauril eter, stearil trimethylammoniumchloride, acetate, distilled water, azobisisobuthylamidine bihydrochloric acid salt and i,1,1-trichloroethylene, are fed into the pressure reactor which is attached with a temperature adjusting device and an agitator, and which is made of a glass. The mixture is stirred up and nitrogen substitution is made for 30 minutes. The temperature of the reactive solution is risen to 60 degree C and polymer processing is made for 15 hours, cooled off and a water dispersion type fluorine group water repelling agent in which 20% solid substance is included is produced.

본 발명은 폴리비닐알콜계 선택성 침투기화 분리막의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 선택성 침투기화 분리막을 제조하는데 있어서 비이온 계면활성제와 NaOH 등의 알칼리를 첨가제로 사용하여 분리투과성이 우수한 폴리비닐알콜계 선택성 침투기화 분리막을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
