    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) is configured to enter a radio resource control (RRC) state with a base station wherein network operations are performed using a main radio (MR), receive a first set of parameters from the base station for wakeup radio (WUR) state operation wherein the UE enables a WUR and powers down the MR to an off or deep sleep state, the first set of parameters including a parameter enabling the WUR state operation and a configuration of WUR reference signaling (WUR-RS), receive a second set of parameters from the base station for WUR setup and a WUR signal (WUR-S) configuration and enter the WUR state from the RRC state, wherein, while in the WUR state, the UE performs uses the WUR including at least one of monitoring for the WUR-S, measuring the WUR-RS, or implementing a WUR discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle for WUR-S and WUR-RS signal monitoring.

    Abstract: A UE may perform a location-based conditional handover (CHO) based on a region information and size parameter associated with a serving cell of a non-terrestrial network (NTN). In time-based CHO, the UE may perform CHO in response to expiration of a network-configured wait time. Alternatively, the UE may perform CHO by randomly selecting a wait time from a network configured time range. The selection may be randomized using a network provided seed or using a cell Radio Network Temporary Identifier (RNTI) value. In elevation-based CHO, the UE may perform CHO in response to the elevation angle of a satellite being less than a network configured threshold. When the UE is configured with multiple cells of the NTN, and the CHO criteria for two or more of the cells are satisfied, the UE may select a target cell for CHO based on network indicated prioritization of the cells.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are disclosed for configuring full power transmission modes in a UE. The disclosed full power transmission modes include a Mode 0 and a Mode 3, which are enhancements over previous modes disclosed in the 3GPP specification. The UE gathers supported modes and configuration capabilities, such as number of ports and supported coherency schemes, and forwards the configuration capabilities to the network. The network analyzes the received information and selects a supported full power transmission mode based on the UE capabilities. The selection is then transmitted to the UE in a PUSCH-Config message. The UE extracts the selection from the PUSCH-Config message, and configures its radio accordingly.
