Disclosed is a heat transfer medium having high heat transfer rate, being useful in even wider fields, simple in structure, easy to made, environmentally sound, and capable of rapidly conducting heat and preserving heat in a highly efficient manner. Further disclosed are a heat transfer surface and a heat transfer element utilizing the heat transfer medium. Further disclosed are applications of the heat transfer element.

A direct chlorination system and device characterized by feeding of liquefied chlorine into water without vaporization in a process that liquefied chlorine from a source liquefied chlorine cylinder is led to a liquefied chlorine settlement cylinder for removal of solid impurities, a metering pump for a pressurization and flow rate control at the metering pump and a liquefied chlorine feeder for mixing with and dissolving in pressurized water to become a high concentration chlorine solution which is then led to a water injector for feeding into a rapid water filter, a mixing basin and a clearing water reservoir for reaction and disinfection before city water is sent to a city water distribution network, and possessing the following merits: upgrading potable water quality, minimizing initial investment, lowering operating cost, and providing a simply but reliable, easy-to-control device that can facilitate water works automation.

The present invention provides novel heteroaryl compounds, pharmaceutical acceptable salts and formulations thereof. They are useful in preventing, managing, treating or lessening the severity of a protein kinase-mediated disease. The invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising such compounds and methods of using the compositions in the treatment of protein kinase-mediated disease.

A system and machine-implemented method of generating panoramic photographs and videos. Panoramic image data in a YUV data format is received in a YUV data format by an integrated circuit. A format of the panoramic image data is detected by the integrated circuit. The format includes resolution, pixel clock, line frequency information, and field frequency information. The panoramic image data is output, by the integrated circuit, to a memory unit. The panoramic image data is processed by the integrated circuit. The integrated circuit retrieves the panoramic image data from the memory unit. The processed panoramic image data is output, by the integrated circuit, to a processing unit. The processing includes at least one of projecting, stitching or distortion correcting.

The present disclosure relates to a base station and a method for security key synchronization during relay node (RN) mobility. In one embodiment, the base station may include a first transceiver configured to receive a Next Hop Chaining Counter in use, NCCin_use, sent from a source base station; a security key synchronization determining unit configured to determine that a security key synchronization criteria as follows is met: NCClatest−NCCin_use>Threshold, wherein NCClatest denotes a Next Hop Chaining Counter corresponding to the last Next Hop (NH) received from evolved packet core (EPC) for the user equipment (UE), and Threshold is a predetermined threshold; a second transceiver configured to send a security key update request to a relay node serving the UE, and to receive a security key update response from the relay node serving the UE; and a security key updater configured to update the NCCin_use as the NCClatest.

A small-caliber, high-performance broadband radiator allows two unit arms of the first and second group of dipoles to be folded inwards, an included angle of 40°-50° is formed between two unit arms of the first/second groups of dipoles and the first/second unit racks, and the unit arms of the first and second groups of dipoles are arranged linearly at interval while flexural loading sections are provided and also connected by dielectric medium. Hence, the broadband radiator allows significant reduction of the aperture of the broadband radiator, and there is a larger adjustment space for the gap of the radiator array, so the interference of low and high bands is less. This allows for improved performance, thus reducing the configuration size and manufacturing cost of antennas, and creating better industrial benefits with improved applicability.
