其解决手段系为:紧接皮肤11及缘材520。使从缘材520重叠皮肤21的里面之突出片525突出。在缘材520具有朝外侧突出之凸部523。从凸部523插入旋转工具50进行摩擦搅拌接合。旋转工具50的旋转方向从小径部51侧来看系为向右。旋转工具50的移动方向系为从第1图的纸面前面朝后侧。对于第1图,旋转工具50的轴心之右侧其流动化之金属的压力很高。在此金属的高压力侧具有皮肤21及突出片525之重叠面。凸部523位在旋转工具50的轴心之左侧。由此,可以抑制连续之氧化膜、及重叠面的V型凸口之发生。
Abstract in simplified Chinese:在一滚轮缝焊机中,将上部焊接滚轮(6)引导通过具有两个弹簧组件(10,14)之焊接力调整设备。当焊接滚轮的起始偏转发生时,一支弹簧(10)已经有效。仅当达到一定偏转(D)时,另外之弹簧(14)才开始操作,以此种方式可获得焊接品质之显着改进,特别在焊接缝之开始时。

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member welding structure that can decrease the amount of heat input and suppress deformation of the welded section.SOLUTION: A welding structure 3 is of a first member (floor member 30) including an extruded profile and a second member (support frame 50) welded to the first member, and is characterized by the first member having a contacted section 80 at which the second member contacts, and a facing section 81 formed at the end of the contacted section 80, the second member having an abutted section 90 abutted to the facing section 81, and the facing section 81 and abutted section 90 being abutted and welded. The facing section 81 preferably extends in the direction of extrusion of the extruded profile. Also, an expansion section 82 is preferably formed at the rear side of the plate section (bottom plate section 34) of the first member at the position at which the facing section 81 and the abutted section 90 are abutted and welded.
Abstract:
A method for brazing a first metal member, on which an oxide forms during brazing, and a second metal member, in which a high-wettability metal having a wettability with a brazing filler metal that is higher than that of the oxide is applied to at least a brazing surface of the first metal member. The first metal member and the second metal member are then joined by heating the brazing filler metal to melt the brazing filler metal. The oxide covering film is formed on the portion of the surface of the first metal member to which the high-wettability metal was not applied.
