Abstract: 본 고안은 수전금구용 카트리지의 제조에 관한 것으로, 특히 기존에 사용되고 있는 세라믹 디스크의 제조에 관한 것이다. 세라믹 디스크가 부설된 수전금구용 카트리지는 손잡이의 작동이 부드러워 사용이 편리하며, 내마모성이 높아 수명이 길고 이중토수를 방지하는 기밀함이 우수하여 현재 널리 사용 중이다. 하지만 세라믹 디스크의 제조공정상 미성형에 의한 균열 및 기포의 발생에 의한 불량, 소성중 뒤틀림에 의한 불량 및 치수의 안정성이 떨어지는 등 제조상 많은 단점을 내포하고 있다. 이런 일련의 제조과정은 세라믹이라는 재질에 의한 특수성으로 공정의 개선만으로는 한계가 있다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 세라믹 재질에 의한 불량의 원인을 줄이고 단가의 절감 및 내마모성 재질의 발현특성을 그대로 유지할 수있는 수전금구용 카트리지의 제조에 관한 것이다. 알루미늄 및 산화 및 질화처리가 가능한 금속을 사용하여 치수의 정밀성 및 제조에 용이성을 가지면서 기밀성과 내마모성이 요구되는 부위에는 금속의 표면에 세라믹질의 산화물 및 질화물 피막을 형성시켜 그 기능을 발현하고자 하였다.
