A digital data false alteration detection program causes a computer to execute (a) a step (S1) of dividing digital data into a plurality of smaller block data, (b) a step (S2) of extracting noise inherent to a digital data acquisition device for each of the small block data, (c) a step (S3) of calculating correlation of the noise between adjacent small block data, and (d) a step (S4) of detecting small block data having noise correlation lower than a level predetermined for the surrounding small block data, as falsely altered data.
Abstract:
This invention provides a technique of preventing determination of image alteration when digital image data has undergone, e.g., rotation without any substantial change in contents. To do this, an area separation processing unit separates image data into areas. For each of the separated areas, an area feature value calculator calculates an area feature value independent of the coordinate information of the image. An area order sorter sorts the separated areas in accordance with the calculated area feature values. A validation data generation processing unit generates validation data based on the sort result.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor outputting an extraction result of a difference such that a difference accompanying movement of a divided image and a difference accompanying a postscript or revision are distinguished. SOLUTION: An image division means of this image processor divides an image, a corresponding divided image extraction means extracts a second divided image in a second image corresponding to a first divided image divided by the image division means to a first image, a difference extraction means extracts the difference by the postscript or extraction between pixels inside the first divided image and pixels inside the second divided image, a first change means changes a color of the second divided image into a first color when the first divided image has relation wherein the first divided image moves together with the second divided image, a second change means changes a color of an image of the difference extracted by the difference extraction means into a second color, and an image output means outputs the image with the color changed. A UCC(User Created Contents) identifier utilizing image signature and a system thereof are provided to enable a user to search UCC, which are distributed on the internet or a still image database, at a high speed. A still image(3) is combined with a still image descriptor(4), and the registration of UCC is requested about the still image including the combined still image descriptor. The final UCC(6) are generated by combining a UCC identifier, which is issued for the request, with the still image that includes the still image descriptor.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device of preventing a document fabrication using fragile watermarking technology is provided to supply a lot of document formations by preventing the document fabrication and communize the document formations through a network. CONSTITUTION: A document(100) is divided into two kinds which are necessary/unnecessary to insert a watermark by a document analyzer(200). An original data converter(300) obtains coefficients on specific frequency ranges by a DCT conversion regardless of a size of image and audio data. A watermark(500) is an inserted data such as an image or audio data to be inaudible or inperceptible in view of the original data. The watermark(500) is converted into a wavelet transform to insert. The coefficient of the original data converted in a watermark inserter(700) and the converted watermark coefficient are added by parameter values determined by an energy analyzer.
