    Abstract: PURPOSE: A device of preventing a document fabrication using fragile watermarking technology is provided to supply a lot of document formations by preventing the document fabrication and communize the document formations through a network. CONSTITUTION: A document(100) is divided into two kinds which are necessary/unnecessary to insert a watermark by a document analyzer(200). An original data converter(300) obtains coefficients on specific frequency ranges by a DCT conversion regardless of a size of image and audio data. A watermark(500) is an inserted data such as an image or audio data to be inaudible or inperceptible in view of the original data. The watermark(500) is converted into a wavelet transform to insert. The coefficient of the original data converted in a watermark inserter(700) and the converted watermark coefficient are added by parameter values determined by an energy analyzer.
