PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the content of a fiber in a fiber-reinforced composite material to be a value which is satisfactorily low and can provide a desired material, when the fiber-reinforced composite material is produced by impregnating a fiber aggregate with a matrix forming fluid material for impregnation and then curing the fluid material for impregnation. SOLUTION: A wet fiber aggregate is dried by freeze-drying, the dried fiber aggregate is impregnated with the fluid material for impregnation, and then the fluid material for impregnation is cured. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a product by reprocessing brewed tea leaves, which are a charged industrial waste, to make a high quality pulp material through a pollution-free process not using chemicals and making a novel product on the basis of the high quality pulp material. SOLUTION: A brewed tea-leaves reprocessing method makes a pulp material primarily consisting of brewed tea-leaves and made by changing the brewed tea-leaves into a nano-sized or milli-sized powder after the brewed tea-leaves are subjected to a drying process of drying the brewed tea-leaves and a pulverizing process of pulverizing the dried brewed tea-leaves into a nano-sized or milli-sized powder. The brewed tea-leaves are pulverized into a nano-sized or milli-sized powder in the wet state or after being dried, and the nano-sized or milli-sized powder obtained by pulverizing is changed into pulp to make a pulp material. SOLUTION: In the jointing method of two thermoplastic resin shaped bodies using the laser welding method, the first thermoplastic resin shaped body is a laser-transmittable shaped body containing a thermoplastic resin and cellulose fiber containing not less than 80% of α-cellulose, the second thermoplastic resin shaped body is a laser-absorbent shaped body containing a thermoplastic resin and a colorant, and laser is irradiated from the first thermoplastic resin shaped body to weld the first thermoplastic resin shaped body and the second thermoplastic resin shaped body. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rational method for producing a vegetable cellulose thermoplastic resin composition without applying a large additional load on a mixer and dispensing with a step to crush the composition after cooling. SOLUTION: This vegetable cellulose thermoplastic resin composition composed of 5-95 wt.% vegetable cellulose and 95-5 wt.% thermoplastic resin is produced by stirring a mixture of the components at a high speed at a temperature of ≥100°C and not higher than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin. The method is rationally carried out without applying the large additional load on the mixer and dispensing with the step to crush the composition after cooling.
