Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the installing operation of a curtain opening/closing device for a greenhouse and to smoothly drive a traveling wire at the time of using by improving a pulley member. SOLUTION: The pulley member which is provided with the traveling wire connected to the curtain for a greenhouse and spread along its opening/closing direction and a driving part for allowing the traveling wire to travel along the opening/closing direction of the curtain for a greenhouse and is used for the curtain opening/closing device for a greenhouse is provided with a pulley 2 around which the traveling wire is hooked and a casing 3 supporting the pulley 2 in the state of being freely rotatable. The member is also provided with a fixing part for fitting the casing 3 to a fitting wire 5 provided at the traveling direction turning place of the traveling wire in the state of being freely rotatable.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation film-holding member that facilitates the operation for opening and shutting a ventilation film as well as surely depresses the fluttering motion of the ventilation film. SOLUTION: Belt materials 20 are extended along the outer face of the ventilation film 300 and equipped with coil springs 40 as elastic members that energize in the direction to press the belt members 20 to the ventilation film 300 and a string material 50 as a regulating member for regulating the expansions of the coil springs 40. Accordingly, in usual use cases, while suppressing the fluttering of the ventilation film 300 by the elastic power of the coil springs 40, the operation of opening or closing the ventilation film 300 can be carried out by using a rolling shaft 200 without separately performing the operation of loosening the belt materials 20 whereby the operation for opening and closing the ventilation film 300 can be facilitated. In unusing or strong wind case, the ventilation film 300 is further strongly depressed with belt materials 20 whereby the fluttering of the ventilation film 300 is surely inhibited. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable various kinds of target members of action in a greenhouse to act automatically according to the change of temperature even without an electric source, and simultaneously to enable an electrically driven structure to be switched. SOLUTION: A piston 122 is elongated according to the volume expansion of a driving material to elongate a movable shaft 140 linked to the piston 122. The movable shaft 140 separates a side ventilation window linked through a link structure to the movable shaft 140 from the side surface of the greenhouse. Simultaneously, a pressing part of the movable shaft presses a lever of an operation switch to operate an ventilation fan for exhausting the heat. As a result, a running cost and an installation cost are reduced because the opening and closing of the side ventilation window and the switching of the ventilation fan for exhausting the heat can be carried out automatically according to the change of the temperature even by using no electric source. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control damages to and elongations of films for a greenhouse. SOLUTION: A movement mechanism 20 to be attached to a drive part 10 is composed of guide rollers 22 and 23 as connection parts to be arranged approximately at the opposite side of a winding shaft 30 by holding a bar-like member 50 for a guide between the rollers and the shaft 30, and a pair of spring members 211 and 212 as elastic members for urging the guide rollers 22 and 23 and the winding shaft 30 in the direction to press them against the bar-like member 50 for a guide. The load of the drive part 10 is shared and supported by the resistance of the guide rollers 22 and 23 and the winding shaft 30 pressed against the bar-like member 50 for a guide by the pair of the spring members 211 and 212. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively produceable sheet-opening and closing apparatus for greenhouses, equipped with a guide mechanism having a simple structure. SOLUTION: The guide mechanism is composed of a string-like member (a string-like member for guides) 50 and the one end is fixed through a screw member to the side end of the greenhouse and the other end is connected to the upper end of a mounting frame 23 of a drive mechanism 1. Since tension of the string-like member 50 for guides is applied to the drive mechanism 1, rotation of the drive mechanism 1 is restricted and the drive mechanism 1 can be operated following a winding pipe 70. The guide mechanism has a simple constitution of the string-like member 50 and can inexpensively be produced compared with a structure using a conventional guide pipe, or the like.
